This weekend, I found the perfect upgrade on Facebook Marketplace-a bike equipped with features enhancing independence, like a hand brake for smoother rides and a single handlebar for better control. Remember, upgrading your equipment can lead to newfound freedom and autonomy.

      I love my new bike the new Rifton’s are amazing. Also Henry is such an awesome dog.

    I used to have a three-wheeled bike. I rode that thing ten miles every day. Rain or shine. My family couldn't afford a fancy one with all the safety features. We would just get mine from classified ads and I think once we got one from Walmart. Then my stupid CP had to crush some bones in my hand and I couldn't ride anymore. I've looked into getting one like you have but 20 years later and I still can't afford it
