Great story. When I was 18 my dad bought a red 1969 mustang, with a big rust hole on the side for 500 dollars. We had it fixed, and re painted red. It was so good looking. He also bought wide tires and mag wheels. I loved him, and the car.
I wish I would have bought a video camera back in the late 80's and do what you did. I grew up in Columbus, Indiana (Class of '89) and the town was an architect fans wet dream. My car was a hideous yellow 1972 Vega station wagon and had an odd smell I couldn't get rid of. It had the luggage rack on the roof so my friends would take turns hanging off the rack. Dangerous but good times and nothing to document it all. I envy you, but appreciate you sharing your vintage videos.
The most worthy Storytime video to see ever. I loved the illustrations, a lot of work and dedication seems to have been put into it. Really well done Len!
i was that Derek type, one day me and my mate got drunk on cheap booze and started to blast music in the basement, we found there bags with old clothes of my parents from the 80's and 90's my friend chose some fancy red blue sweater with golden buttons, a 90's kid cap and oldschool jeans i found a nurse costume and some badass silver coat, we went to the streets dressed like that suprisingly no one beat us up but we bought more beers and a champagne, this took place in 2013 i think.

Thank you much my friend!!
Started watching these videos, and a lot of 80s music came back to me I hadn't thought of in a long time, so I thought I would post some a short 80s Head Bangers Playlist of some of my favourite songs.
Britny Fox - Girlschool
Cinderella - Night Songs
Posion - I want action
Ratt - Never Use Love
Motley Crue - live wire
Savatage - Hall Of The Mountain King
Armored Saint = Can U Deliver
Anthrax - Indians
The Toxic Waltz · Exodus
Grim Reaper = See You In Hell
Love all of these!!! 🤘🤘🤘
I was born in 87 about 100 miles from PT in the Skagit Valley. I love these home videos, they allow me to see the PNW as it was during that time period. I vaguely remember these hair styles.
Too fucking funny!
I love this channel.
At 50 yrs old I can relate to these videos way too much
Thanks for taking the time to make this video! I am the same age as you, lived about 60 miles south, and did crazy things with my friends just like this. Would be nice to see more story telling videos with illustrations done with your previous videos, I would watch them all over again!
Thank you!! They take me FOREVER to make but I'm working on a bunch of different storytime videos
Len Enders. The man who made me want to live in the 80s.

This is awesome man. Your channel is by far my favorite on TH-cam
Yaaaaaaay!!! THANK YOU!
I've missed Storytime! Was afraid you stopped these.
They just take me SO long to make!! Starting on a new one so I'm guessing it won't be done for a year! 😂😂
@@LenEnders I can tell! Former film student. Just by itself, that pic you made of the dead car looks like it took some time. Your efforts are definitely appreciated! 👏👏👏
This kicks so much ass. Len’s stories are the best!
Thank you!!!!
are we gona ignore teh fact that he said he was 18 in 1989 but looks 27...
Omg that poor car dude. I love these vids Len. You're the man.
Thank you!! 🙂🙂🙂
Did you get another car after you got rid of the "1978 AMC Sportabout Hornet station wagon".
Yes. It was a giant boat of a Chevy. We lived in it on the streets of Hollywood for a few months before it broke down on the freeway. Then we ditched it at a gas station
The background story plus the pictures are just so cool.
Thank you!!
i love this dude lol 💓
