I am loving the Daesung appreciation that slowly blossomed from the beginning to the end of the video. The man didn’t get much appreciation back in the day and this new era with new fans discovering him is probably my favorite outcome of the modern BB renaissance.
Funnily enough my first song of bigbang was lies and I instantly fell in love with that single daesung line in that song. He has one of the most powerful and unique voice in all of kpop. Dude definitely deserves more recognization(well he's quite famous in japan)

Absolutely, dear! Daesungie has been my bias since 2012, but outside of Japan, I always felt he was underappreciated. In Korea, he was more well-known among the older women (ajummas) because of his trot song Look at Me Gwisun. I see that now he's finally starting to get the appreciation he always deserved, and it makes me so happy for him. 💛
Loser Loser is one of the most deepest songs in K-Pop. And BIGBANG makes all of their music themselves and every member kind of shares their own story. The first guy, G-Dragon, talks about the harsh reality of being a celebrity. He talks about being alone, even though he has everything one could ask for and he feels like no one actually cares for him, other than his celebrity. The second guy, Taeyang, has faith issues in his life. He talks about finding meaning and purpose and some help in his life ("| extend my hand but no one grabs it"). In the end, he loses his battle with religion and commits suicide, by jumping off the building. The third guy, Seungri, desperately likes a girl (either it's his ex or someone he knew), but she completely ignores him while he sees her walking with another guy. He lashes out in anger and frustration, throwing and breaking stuff in his home. In the end, he confronts the girl, but she rejects him completely. The fourth guy, T.O.P (is shown to be a womanizer and is obsessed by his materialistic possessions. He views women only as a source of pleasure ("love them for one night... ") and hates himself for this addiction. When the woman starts to touch his precious possessions, he loses control and then starts to hurt her. He is then shown walking alone in an alley covered in dry blood (he killed her). In the end, he realizes what he's actually done and he falls to the ground with remorse. The fifth guy, Daesung is shown to be someone who's bullied alot, to the point where his confidence has completely shattered and he's even scared of showing his eyes to people. He is shown standing in front of the mirror and crying and feeling pathetic. In the end, he tries to confront the bullies as a last attempt to stand up for himself, but gets beaten yet again and is dragged and left for good on the road. So many people relate to this song in their own ways and that's what makes this piece so special.
"Fxxk It" in Korean is "aera moreugaetta" and they repeat that throughout the song. Sometimes they also say "girl, I wanna get down" which sounds similar, but they are definitely saying "fxxk it". "Bae Bae" is fully about sex. The entire MV is about it, as well. GD being the protection, Taeyang the passion (windmill on fire as the two get close), TOP's is self-explanatory plz don't make me explain, Daesung being in "water", Seungri being the smokey after and then the separation. The guys are eating rice cakes at the end which is because when they are made, it sounds like intimate noises... And yeah, a lot of reactors also paused to check lyrics during GD's part bc they mistook the word "you" for the N-word. It's always going to be "you" or "I" because those two words sound similar to the N-word for people who aren't used to Korean.

I completely, totally, 100% understand the obsession with GD because that was me in 2016 when I first discovered BIG BANG. Today I have a short list of idols that I consider my ults with Taeyong (NCT) being my number 1. And yet, GD is higher than all of them. He is at God-tier when it comes to idols. He's like Michael Jackson; no one will ever be able to compete with him in any category.
T.O.P's part in Loser is more symbolically inclined. It's about how his issues/complexes (for ex., he has a thing about not showing his skin to the point that he exercises inside with full long sleeved hoodies on top of his shirts) leading to intimacy issues. Instead of him killing the girl, i see it more as him killing his relationships because of his own psychological problems.

In Fxxk It all the shop and street names are named after the group member appearing in the scene. (I swear Koreans are extremely critical) - if you try to commit suicide but don't die there's a lot of negative venom expressed, but when the person passes away (like in the cases of Jonghyun, Sulli, Hara and Moonbin) then they express shock and say "how could this happen???", forgetting that any kind of depression and seeking counseling is considered a sign of weakness.

MV - bae bae I read a comment from one person somewhere and saved it, as it is very interesting. BIGBANG can do whatever they want, so this MV is really ...unusual for kpop? A good explanation by Aashna PS: "For all the baby VIPs who don't understand symbolisms in the MV. Bae bae is indeed sexual but it also shows different phases of a person's life. "For all the baby VIPs who don't understand symbolisms in the MV. Bae bae is indeed sexual but it also shows different phases of a person's life. I'll tell you about it in the same sequence as members appeared in the video.
First, GD represents puberty, where this boy is curious about opposite sex. He is surrounded by so many females but they are all mannequins which shows he is interested in girls but he's too shy or he doesn't dare to talk to/approach them for real. The angel shows his innocence of being young/his spiritual side but he has this hidden side too.
Taeyang represents the next stage a bit mature where he is so lonely in the beginning (alone on the horse) but finds his special one and is in love now.
T.O.P's part is all about making love and of course having kids in other words getting married and having family.
Daesung's part represents the phase of life where the person is satisfied with being with the love of his life and living happily with her.
Seungri's part represents growing old together (both Ri and his partner has white hair). He is afraid to lose(melting flower) her but as you can see she disappeared and all the members fall slowly which means death.
Now there is a Korean folk tale that an immortal rabbit pounds rice on the moon to make rice cake. Also tear drop, burning windmill, their sad faces has deeper meaning as failed relationship or the hurt they received or mistakes they made when they were in a relationship.
That's what I got after watching that MV more than hundred times and reading tons of comments and reviews from Koreans. Sorry for the long comment I just wanted you to know that BIGBANG has very deep meaning in all their crazy looking MVs.

I saw someone took an ss of my comment and posted it on twt, I would like to say that I just pointed out the meaning behind the MV/song which I or many other VIPs think what the MV is about. BIGBANG never clarified or confirmed anything so we don't actually know what they meant. Nevertheless the 'sticky rice cake' actually means having sex.
