YOU NEVER WENT TO THE CASTLE !!!! its better value than camera obscura, plus the stadium in front of the castle is for the Edinburgh military tattoo, that is expensive.
I can't remember, but the price seemed steep for us!! So we had a great laugh in the Camera Obscura. I take it if we returned you'd recommend the castle? :)
definitely, visit the castle(it's where Edinburgh began !) and also the palace as well. you also need to see all of the museums cause they are free ! and its good you enjoyed yourself!

and you have the Writers Museum, Edinburgh Museum, Museum of Childhood, Peoples Story Museum and National Museum of Scotland. Also, the parliament is free too.
