Hey Shaun, we’ve been using your design with a couple modifications: 1. I use a scrap of metal roofing set on 2 2x4s across the panel with a block on top as a roof. I found it keeps the feeder from being so hot in the summer 2. We drilled holes in the runners and attached a chain for easy moves 3. We cut a triangle instead of a circle Thanks for sharing the design!
Would a doggy door, an old rug, or something similar hanging down like a curtain help keep them out? Dogs don't mind going through a doggy door, so I wonder if you put one of those on if goats and sheep would avoid it more

What is that stuff hanging around the sides of the cage?
It's sheep hair they love to rub on it in the spring when their losing their winter coat.
I need to build one of these asap my Bull calf is eating the dogs food, and the dogs are eating it he bull calf’s hay!
