Great job and great setup. We rotationally graze sheep and we have 2 brother LGDs. We don't have a full perimeter fence yet so we just use hotwire. Our boys got rotated through a pasture with their sheep near our house, and now the boys are busting out of their paddocks to come near the house. We don't want them to get hurt, so we are looking to build them a mobile jump gate to rotate with the paddocks until we get a more permanent paddock set up. Thanks for your video.
@Brittany Ash, a good rotation with your livestock is definitely the best way to keep from over grazing your land. A good LGD is worth its weight in gold around a farm too. I’ve been trying to design mobile jump gates to use specifically with hot fence so keep checking back. I’m glad you enjoyed the video. Happy farming.

@staford2444, you’re welcome. You might have to modify width and height a bit for your dog but it’s a good place to start.

@chanceceelliott323, it deters some of our goats but not all of them unfortunately.
Thanks, but does the jump gate exclude goats and sheep?
@goatrancher9kinder, our sheep don't jump through the gate but we do have 2 out of our 8 goats that will use the gates with the dogs.
