Nice tutorial, is there any auto shortcuts that we can turn on "Position" for all layers? So we can focus on timing & moving the layers?

Hey, my quick select tool is stuck so it's on the "-" mode, so I can't use my quick select at all, what do I do? I've restarted my computer many times and even did the ctrl+alt click to open to restart the program from factory settings or whatever, nothing works :( Thanks!

when i select save for web and the pop up window opens i get a msg saying : The optimised image could not be generated likely becz it is too big and there is insufficient memory . the image will not be displayed. so tell me what to do

I can't find the "video timeline" option. Do I need Photoshop CS6 extended version ? I have Adobe Photoshop CS6 but my timeline doesn't seem to have the video feature..
A great tutorial!
The light that's cast on the eyes has to match the over all composition. You should have created a light layer above the eyes so when the eyes move into it, it makes the animation look believable. Remember Photoshop is about how real can you make something look.
