30+ varieties are good for you. I don’t look to add any more new varieties into my collection because I ran out of space to grow them. In fact, when the season end, I will sale majority of my tree. Fig pollen can be found in caprifig (male fig). There are many varieties of caprifig. In my case, I use Saleeb caprifig. You should do more research in TH-cam here on this topic since they’re a bit of information that I can’t explain in this comment. The Millennial Gardener TH-cam channel has a very well detail on this topic.
