i went through the darkest time of my life and my girlfriend left me during it, instead of helping me through it. I never thought I would recover, and still have not fully to be honest, but i promise everyone that it does get better. I am just now trying to meet new girls and get back into dating and that’s a whole other battle, but if i can get through it, anyone can. Good luck everyone

that's how you know shes not the right person - she left during your worst moment. Good luck in your recovery and thanks for sharing your story

This commend is goated, I feel the same way. The video has helped me to get perspective - other breakup videos seem superficial, but this video feels like genuine advice.

you are great man. We are the same age and i'm having my own unique time with a relationship. Great to hear another person with similar experiences and someone equivalently indulged in MW2 nostalgia

Sometimes they are a great thing aswell, after mine in march, in the end i had way more energy, more time for myself, more money for other things, I lost around 20lbs and improved in a lot of areas.
A break up just indicates your getting closer to the person who you are meant to be with, which is ultimately the end goal.

it sucks in the moment and the months after, but usually is a great thing as time goes on and you find yourself again

I appreciate your videos a lot man.
I’m in my early 20s figuring shit out and these videos offer a lot of good insight.
Plus the aesthetic of some old gameplay and some heartfelt talk is gold.

Men take breakups the hardest because most dudes struggle getting dates, so when they finally get one and it eventually ends, it hurts a lot going back. Chicks can replace guys instantly so they normally just don't care. Not to mention, the way the go about it (mostly cheating on you) is the worst. We have no support network and the blame normally gets placed on us. Once you get to your late 20s/early 30s, this power dynamic changes. The best thing guys can do is to stay busy, don't ditch your friends, and hit the gym.

Yeah my break up was pretty bad. It’s been around 7 months since we split up (2.5 year relationship) and it was so rough and I’m just barely getting back to being myself. But like you said in the video, walking through that fire and really suffering through it without numbing the pain changes you in the best of ways. Men are forged in the fire and it’s a beautiful thing, no matter what we’ll come out just fine gentlemen and we’ll be better men for it.

coming from a relationship i was in with a guy for just over a year. i just broke up with him.
we both loved each other. he was my first love, my first relationship. then he went behind my back and did something unforgivable.
if i was to stay with him, i'd only look like a fool and be accepting a man who has done me wrong. in several ways over the entirety of our relationship.
a few times he asked me about marriage. i thought this was gonna be a long term thing. but then he threw it all away in a stupid 1 minute decision.
    i hurt, and he hurts.
but if he didn't hurt me, he wouldn't be hurting now.
nice videos i guess. i'm just a lil salty and hurting now. thanks

I love you man. These videos are awesome. I’m currently going through a very similar situation that you had with the hippy girl and if anything probably exactly the same with us being opposites. I’m in college and in a situationship with her where she ended things with me so I didn’t really follow your advice with this one 😂. Anyways, love the videos man, I’ve been binge watching them and keep it up!

a month ago i broke up with my ex gf because she cheated on me but it doesn’t even feel like i did and i don’t feel like a man at least because of it but my situation got so much more complicated cuz she’s an addict and never wanted to become bad terms but it did cuz i had to tell her mom so she can the help she needs mentally and from addiction. i wish i can say everything but i can’t man. now i can’t even remember anything or feel any type of emotion. i don’t know what to do and ive never felt like giving up and don’t want to because of my friends and family cuz they mean so much to me and it makes me cry. im in a weird place in life right now, im 19 btw
