Thank you for this summary! For me personally, tip number 2 is a big deal. When I was younger, I used to feel very strained in my throat when just talking to my mom or friends all day. It took me some learning and new habit-forming efforts to start using my voice correctly when I'm not focused on singing. Ever since I started doing that, the control over my voice has improved exponentially and I find that I can choose many vocal colors instead of feeling stuck at just one that my brain thought sounded most like "me". But that's just my personal experience with my muscle configuration - it might be different for other people! :)
The first tip really helped, during iu’s last high note in ‘goodday’ my voice was always a bit shaky, when I started telling myself i could do it the shaking just went away, as easy as as that! A little tip like that really helped thanks, didn’t know i needed it
