- If you pick up a copy of the big April/May/June 2024 Summit Racing catalog, you’ll find a wicked-awesome 1974 Chevy Camaro restomod waiting to meet you on the cover. The car’s owner is Paul Rivard and he’s spent the last few years turning this F-body into an LS-powered autocross monster. On the outside, seemingly every line of his Camaro has been smoothed and streamlined, while under the hood lurks an LS3 that’s been bored out to a tidy 427 cubic inches.

That is the best looking big bumper Camaro out there.
We think so too ! Thanks for watching !
I saw this on the new catalog! I had to take a few minutes just see all the details. It is the best looking big bumper camaro I have ever seen
We agree! Thanks for watching.
Wow really made that front work. Now I'm getting ideas for my rear bumper I wasn't thinking of.
We appreciate you watching the video! Great looking car in person especially!
Awesome build. I love the tucked bumpers.
Its really an amazing touch ! Thanks for watching !
I have a 74 and have been struggling with ideas for it. Your car is great. Realy tastefully done. Thanks for the help.
I have a 74 myself that Ive been working on for the past few years and pondering what to to do with it, A front and rear bumper tuck is a good idea, in doing so you can reduce a lot of weight by losing a bunch of the mounting steel and it gives the car a more compact look, there is a few vids on utube about how to do it. us 74 owners are lucky because there actually a pretty unique year and getting harder to find
Thanks for watching !
What a build. I think this is the cleanest, most simple looking Camaro I have ever seen. Maybe its the simplicity that makes it look so great. I could be seen driving this.
Great video and amazing build Paul! We are lucky to have your knowledge and expertise on our team at Auto Care Plus.
Nice 2nd Gen ! I’m building my '79 right now and summit racing does help me a lot with that ! Shipping to Germany works flawlessly! I have to say thanks
Thank you for your business...and for watching the video!
Very well executed, inside and out, mean yet subtle. Plus, it's beautiful.
We agree! Thanks for checking out the video!
Never liked the 1974, until now really like all that you've done to it.
Paul didn't outstanding job with this build. Thanks for watching!
It's clean
💪💪💪 Sounds great!
Gen 1 and 2 were OK but the rest I don't care for at all.
This one is pretty nice and I like the changes he made.
As a 74 owner.
These bumpers are hideous. Lots of people tuck the factory aluminum bumpers, it does not look right. Original protruding bumpers look the best.
The front bumper is ok, the rear bumper looks like a woman with a flat ass and no curves.
At least you did not ruin the 74 converting to 70-73.
And I have never been an LS fan.
It’s got some cool stuff, but cowl hoods don’t look good on 74’s.
The short 70 only spoiler are too short.
Boring color tho
Ratio
Sometimes less is more…I actually like that in this paint scheme, especially for some one who actually Drives it..takes it out to dinner and doesn’t trailer..personally I wish the cowl was less prominent…but let’s not forget to appreciate the Build with any criticism 🙏
@DC-rl4rp fair enough but I think it could use a better color
