- In this The Sims 4 Stop Motion Speedbuild + Tips & Tricks video, I show the building process and the interior of the house "Villa in Farmhouse Style". The complete Sims 4 House is as always completely No CC! More information about it can be found below in the video description and in the video.
As the name suggests, it's a modern farmhouse style villa. But that doesn't mean that this Sims 4 villa contains farming stuff (for example fields or stables). This build is just about the architecture style!
This villa contains the following rooms and specials:

There is a new way to download tray files of my houses. My previous website is offline and will probably stay offline (due to irreparable technical problems). Please use the new link to download tray files! You will find the houses there under the category "Tray Files" if you scroll down.
I use the Tool Mod from Twisted Mexi for my Sims 4 builds! You will find hints in the video, in addition, the video says which Tool Mod values I have used. Unfortunately, this mod can only be used on the PC. BUT to download my houses, you must NOT have installed the mod. All objects are downloaded in the same position as you can see in the video. This means that Pc AND console players can use my houses. You only need the same packs of game that I used.
In case console players also want to use rotated objects: I'll provide you with new rooms in The Sims 4 gallery from time to time, where you can find rotated and resized objects. With the help of these rooms console players have more possibilities in The Sims 4 build mode!

I love this building! I'm sad I don't have the all packs required for it but I am only short by 3: Journey to Batuu, Realm of Magic and Bowling Night. Just a quick query, do some of the rocks that appear on the front garden come from one of the aforementioned packs? Every time I load this building it removes some of the items (I do have bb.moveobjects on) and I cannot tell if it is a debug item that is apart of the packs I don't have or that it just won't place them for some reason? Other than that, this building is beautiful and I hope to use it once I have the packs!

I love this build. I'm currently using it. The only problem I have in the upstairs two story room, I can't change the walls without the wood disappearing. Any help?
Thanks 🤗 If you want to change my houses and don't want objects to be deleted, you need the Better Build Tool Mod. There is a function called "Activate deletion protection". If this is activated, you can delete walls of the houses without the objects disappearing. But please read the instructions of the mod creator before.

Oh no, don't say that 🥺 Do you know what my first houses looked like? In my opinion, my first houses were a total disaster. I had to practice a lot over the last few years. What I'm trying to tell you is, don't give up.
If you enjoy building houses, then you shouldn't stop. The most important thing is to have fun with it. It also gives you more practice, allows you to develop and find your own personal style 😍❤️
