- This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom contemporary home was built on the lot Springscape (30x20) In Oasis Springs. This home was made without any packs, but uses 'NOCC Art' from the Sims 4 Gallery. The home features a pool & spa, kitching/dining combo, study and laundry room. Light the fireplaces by clicking on the white areas.
It Is best to place with bb.moveobjects enabled right before you place the lot.

Hi! Your builds are AMAZING! I find it really inspiring that you look into the furniture/items not just for its playability, but value in design. I can see a great environmental comfort for the sims. In accordance with that, I was wondering how you chose your sims. I would think that you had people partnered with you to have their sims involved with the finalization of the housing.

Thank you! The recreations of art I use most are from Mandykay77 (mostly photos). SimSationalToo (mostly photos, some paintings) cribea9 (mostly paintings) & Fruitloops40 (mostly paintings). I do try to use photos more than paintings because they are 1) cheaper and 2) a smaller file size =)

Awesome!! Oh hey you work with debug items A LOT so I figure you'd be the best person to ask before I lose my mind. Have you happened to see a Bicycle Rack in the debug items? If so, can you tell me which pack to look through. I swear I've seen one in the game but I can't seem to find it :'(

There's a transparent foundation for the base game since the pre Discover Uni patch/update. Use bb.showhiddenobjects (possibly bb.showliveeditobjects also) and it will be in foundations. I show it in this video: th-cam.com/video/ckmhdsmlYws/w-d-xo.html

Check your settings . My graphic settings are on ultra, but this also depends on if your pc/graphic card can handle it =)

Everything is beautiful.... however I wish you not separate the living and kitchen into 2 different room. Having an open kitchen area is quite a thing as well🤭

Thank you! You do not need to enter it to download it. Enter the cheat right before you place the house, preferably be on the lot you want to place it on, enter the cheat then place the house.

It's a base game house. If you have Laundry Day you can add the washer/dryer =)

I just posted about this in the community tab- The new patch broke ALL open staircases that used an old method to open them up. To fix it hold CTRL while drawing a wall where the top of the stair meets the landing. When flooring appears, use the tool hammer on it. This should fix it. There is also a picture of what I'm talking about in the community tab.

You have to hold CTRL and draw a wall at the opening where the top stair meets the floor and then use the hammer to break out any flooring that appears. - the platform update broke open stair cases and I haven't got around to fixing this one yet.
