- In this The Sims 4 Stop Motion Speedbuild + Tips & Ticks video, I show you the building process and the interior of the house "Scandinavian Lake House". Like all my houses this one is No CC! For more information, see below in the video description.
The build is a modern house in Scandinavian style. It is located on a lake surrounded with lots of nature. I built this lake with the help of the Pond Tool and it is possible to swim in it in the enclosed area.

There is a new way to download tray files of my houses. My previous website is offline and will probably stay offline (due to irreparable technical problems). Please use the new link to download tray files! You will find the houses there under the category "Tray Files" if you scroll down.
I use the Tool Mod from Twisted Mexi for my Sims 4 builds! You will find hints in the video, in addition, the video says which Tool Mod values I have used. Unfortunately, this mod can only be used on the PC. BUT to download my houses, you must NOT have installed the mod. All objects are downloaded in the same position as you can see in the video. This means that Pc AND console players can use my houses. You only need the same packs of game that I used.
In case console players also want to use rotated objects: I'll provide you with new rooms in The Sims 4 gallery from time to time, where you can find rotated and resized objects. With the help of these rooms console players have more possibilities in The Sims 4 build mode!

Hello everyone, I built this house a long time ago and actually I never wanted to upload it. But several months ago I uploaded a tutorial about the pond/pool area on my Instagram account and was asked by many followers to upload the complete house. For this reason I finished the rest of the rooms, made a video for TH-cam and decided to upload it ♥

You landscaping is always spot-on. You really shape the environments of your houses so beautifully that they feel both natural and at the same time immaculately designed to complement your houses. Both house and landscaping just look gorgeous from any angle.
An may I just repeat: You are also a master of natural light and overall balance in spacing. How you place windows always floods the rooms with light and adds interesting shadows, and the way you place furniture, hallways, stairs, and doors creates a nice flow and leaves breathing room. I never dare to build rooms and buildings as big as yours since I never now how to fill the empty space, but you create empty space that does not feel empty at all. You just get the balance right.

Your builds are exactly my style and all of my worlds are about to be filled with them. I usually try to just pick renos of the premade houses to keep the style the same but f it. Modern all around lol. Your builds are so amazing and I love the color schemes.

I never play in my houses because I don't have the time 😄 I only use live mode to test my houses for functionality before I upload them and to take photos of my houses for social media 😊 Thanks ❤️

I want batuu but only for some of the build objects lol. None of the buy, none of the CAS, none of the gameplay I JUST WANT THOSE HEXAGON TILES AND THE WOODEN WALL
Can you build a house with no Mods, so the people without mods or who dont know how to use mods can take a hack at using some of your building techniques that utilize the orginal build settings?
I have already published many tutorials for individual designs on my IG account (without mods). But I don't want to build without the tool mod, as I already do without CC completely, although I would love to use it 🙈

Why name have "No CC"?
It means no custom content, so you don't have to download anything on your device. So normally "no cc" stands for "no custom content" generally people would use custom content, it makes your game / building for realistic in a way. I hope this helped:)
