There is a new way to download tray files of my houses. My previous website is offline and will probably stay offline (due to irreparable technical problems). Please use the new link to download tray files! You will find the houses there under the category "Tray Files" if you scroll down.
Please place the house only in build mode and activate the cheat bb.moveobjects first. This house was tested several times for functionality (gameplay tested) !! If something does not work, please make sure that you have installed and placed the house correctly! If objects are missing, please make sure you have installed all needed packs.

This is from the Eco Lifestyle Pack. I'm not sure right now if it comes directly from the pack or from the patch that comes with it 🙈
It means that the house does not contain enough eco-friendly objects. But since I usually use a lot of objects from the debug to build my own furniture, it can happen that the house is not environmentally friendly, because I have therefore used few objects that have the opposite effect. But these objects just do not fit my style 😄
I disabled the effects of the Eco Pack, that's why I can't see if the Sims like the house or not. But if you disable it too, your sim won't feel uncomfortable anymore 😊

Kitchen cabinet height always cracks me up. Your sims have to be 8ft tall to reach them
I always adjust the kitchen cabinets to the height of the wall. It's Sims 🙈 In the game you don't have to reach the kitchen cabinets, they are just decoration 🤷♀️

CC is content created by other people, for example furniture, hairstyles, clothes, etc.... To use CC, you have to download these objects from external sites. I build everything without CC, so you don't have to download content from external sites. Everything is included in the download. You only need the same expansion packs from EA that I used for the house :)
