I love this recipe. I’ve made it twice in one week. Here is what I did differently the second time. 1) I tossed the cauliflower in a little bit of oil and turmeric and and roasted them in the air fryer at 400° for a few minutes. I parboiled the potatoes and did the same. 2) Toward the end, instead of smashing a few potato pieces, I made a slurry with potato starch that I always keep handy and drizzled in. This gives it a nice unctuous texture that is uniform throughout, and no pieces of smashed potatoes floating about. 3). Added some green peas at the end. Covered and took it off heat to let them cook through but not lose colour. Delicious. Thank you for the recipe!

I know cumin seed powder and coriander powder but have never heard of Coriander Cumin Seed Powder. Hmm Need to do some research. Thanks for the great looking recipe.
Far too much oil and ghee. Kasuri methi ? Parboiling the gobi and potatoes? Tomatoes? Water ? This recipe is utterly gross. Not dhaba style. More likely disaster style!
Yakeee never put the tomatoes in gobi and you add add water too just because of camera filter this 👀 good otherwise it's a disgusting 🤮 method to cook gobi with water and tomatoes 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻.

There is no time for cooking Gobi, I made the curry but Gobi remained partially uncooked.
