Oh my God. My wife LOVES Aloo Gobi. Definitely gonna stash this in my Culinary Repertoire. I'm diversifying away from English & French dishes now (I'm a chef 🙄 ) I can't wait to try this. It looks amazing! Thank you. I hope your channel grows as it deserves to do. Keep up the great work 😃
I've used a few recipes for aloo gobi online and yours is definitely the best! Tastes delicious and such a cheap and nutritious meal, thanks for uploading!
I always stare at cauliflower whenever I see it, because I don't know what to do about it other than mix it up with fruits and make juice 🥤. So I hate the fact that it's really affordable and yet I don't know what to do with it. Well, today I say no more! Thank you sis Shamza for this amazing recipe. 🙏🏼🤩🤩 Can't wait to try it. 😋
Hi there Damir, thank you for your comment. Yep it's such a versatile veg but often people get stuck on what to do with it! I'm glad to hear you'll no longer get brain freeze when you see one! 😊👍
Nice one sis. May God bestow you with authentic happiness and all else you wish for as you teach us novices the way to glorious cooking. I really need to get into Gobi. I’m trying. Honestly. Aloo I enjoy. Gobi, it’s taking a bit of effort.
Thank you for your information, I love Indian cuisine. Acha, Korma, biryani, kheer, halwa, Aloo gohbi, chana masala, matar paneer, and puri. I love them❤️😍
Hi Brian, thanks for your comment. The ones I use are normally supermarket bought as it's for me to use them due to the amout of cooking I do weekly. But I make my own when I'm feeling productive. I'll link the video below how I make my G & G paste and all you need to do is transfer them to silicone ice cube trays and freeze them. 😊👍 th-cam.com/video/LYZmXz8YW78/w-d-xo.html
Fozia, I'm ever so sorry for not uploading this Sunday as I'm still waiting for my laptop to come back from repair and the computer that I was working from is also not recognizing my data 😩 super stressed or what! Why do we use the seeds of chillies and call them flakes? When I was in India I saw the cooks tip the seeds out of dried red chillies and throw them away then soften the chilli in water to chop it finely. I have always been wary of chilli seeds. Even in Thailand they use large red dried chilli to flavour the oil but they discard the chilli which is black by that time before they begin cooking.
Very nice, looking delicious but 1 cup of oil seems too much, even if it’s a large Cauliflower and potatoes. I have noticed some North Indians and Pakistani people use lot of oil in their cooking and also deep fry so many things too. You still look very nice and slim, which is good.
Beautiful dish, thanks again for the recipe!! I know the family is going to dig this.
Made this today, was amazing. Thank you very much.
And she does it again!! I absolutley love your recipes sis. Thank you so much

Hi Sana r, not at the minute but hopefully soon! 😊

Use as much oil as you wish 😊🙌
Can I use less oil🙏🇺🇸🇲🇺🦤
Absolutely 😊👍

Do you have a recipe for Roasted cauliflower in an oven? Would probably be a Tandoori Gobi or something along those lines! Thank you :-)
