10:42 My dad's spiciest take? - บันเทิง
Come for the aloo gobi, stay for my dad’s hot takes 🥵
Your dad… 😂
Your mom is adorable!
Looking forward to giving this one a try; however, I’ll have to hunt down the unique spices.
Bringing your parents in is the absolute best part 😇
I joined for the recipes but stayed for the parents 😅
Where is recipe? Not finding, and I need to get the spices! And what about your Dad’s Chili oil?
@@ednafortner6444It's literally the first thing you'll find in the description.
You share an Indian recipe AND your parents make an appearance? Just made my day 🥳
Your parents are always a delight to see!
Right! Both are so charming...you can tell they have been married a long time!
Your mom is hilarious! Incredible Hunk 😂 This dish looks 🔥 i can't wait to try it! Please keep the Indian recipes coming!
omg!! Your parents are so adorable!! i guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree ...The bickering between them is priceless😂😂🥰
I love your parents' honest opinions and expressions! Reminds me of my (Indian) parents and what they'd say about my cooking 😅
Lol!
I agree totally that roasting the potatoes and cauliflower and separate from the sauce gives way better results. Love seeing your parents too!
Please can you do a video on how to use the extra indian spices that you've used in this dish (amchur, asafoetida and dried fenugreek)with other curry dishes? Such as how much to use and when you would use them. I often use the same spices, cumin, coriander and turmeric, and want to level up! For now, I will make this dish and experiment. Thanks for a great video, and your parents are just the best!
Oh yes please, I'd like that too. Great idea!
I love your parents! They crack me up! This does sound wonderful and I've already ordered the special ingredients on line. I would love to see a segment on the spices you used from the round container. I know it's common for Indian households to have such a grouping of spices, but I would like to know why these spices are put into such a container. I assume they are the spices most Indian cooks use? Another great vid!
Love your parents! ❤ lovely people who have created a lovely daughter!!! ❤
your parents are absolutely hilarious. love their banter. aloo gobi looks delicious but it seems like nothing can be spicy enough for your father haha
I just LOVE your parents. You are such a lovely family
Your recipe videos are my Saturday morning ritual. The ones with your parents are my favorites!!!❤❤❤ I was planning to make alu gobhi so I'm so glad the recipe is out!! Your parents are so funny and hilarious 😂😂😂 absolutely love these taste tests. Namaste aunty uncle and lots of love 🥰🥰🥰
🥰 that’s the nicest thing to hear! So glad you love the taste tests with my parents (I love them too). Will send your greetings to my parents :)
Made this tonight and am madly in love. Even better? My tween scarfed up a large bowl (paired with RPL vegan naan, of course) and said “Nisha nailed it again!” That’s the highest of high praise!
Are you Sephardic Jewish? Just curious.
Oh Nisha…. Your parents and you just MADE my day! Thank you 😊
Another gorgeous dish. I just love seeing your parents, they are made for TH-cam
your parents are so cute! and the recipe looks awesome!
Aloo gobi is one of my favourite Indian dishes! I’ll definitely have to try your recipe! Parents are hilarious, like herding cats (I love cats). 😆
Aww I love when your parents make an appearance ☺️ 😅much health and wellness to them 💜🌻
Recipe looks amazing! 👍🏻
You and your parents are just the cutest!! Thank you for sharing them (and your delicious recipes!) with us❤
I love the episodes with your parents ❤
Your parents are a delight, as always (also, the food looks good!)
Your parents clearly gave you your sense of humor! They’re wonderful.
I literally love your parents… they are so unnecessarily funny without trying 😂 Such a cute family full of love!
This recipe looks amazing!!! Definitely going to be making this in the coming week! Thank you Nisha!
I love when your parents make an appearance. They're getting more comfortable in front of the camera, too. This dish looks amazing!
Like the 'outside the box' roasting of the potatoes and cauliflower. Great tips and inspiration, thanks!
I used to boil the vegetables first. I made this today - baked cauliflowers and potatoes made a huge difference: the texture is crunchy, and the flavors of the vegetables are a lot more pronounced. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Love it!
I always get so excited when your parents make a guest appearance on your channel! They are sooo adorable 💓
I love your mom's sass! "we are taste testing, not eating lunch!" Hilarious.
Your parents are too cute! Love them - almost as much as I love your recipes. WHEN are you going to have a cookbook? When!?!
Check out her website; she already has one 😉
I just love these videos with your parents...we get to see where you get your charm and talent from...it is so nice to see...thanks for sharing and for the great recipe!!
Your parents are so funny and adorable, and the dish looks amazing! Thank you Nisha for helping us cook more plant based food!
So cute, love your parents! Like the cutting the chilli trick for less spice - this baby mouth will be trying that in other recipes haha
Your parents are endearing! I love this episode.
I wish my parents were so supportive of my vegan lifestyle as yours are. So precious

Wonderful parents. Real characters!
Oh, I love when your parents are in video, the best taste testers!
Can't wait to try this! Looks wonderful!!!
Always a delight to see you with your parents. Make me smile.
And recipe looks great as always!
Can’t wait to try this! Great video! 💕
At one point in my life I wasn’t eating many white potatoes, so subbed chickpeas for them in aloo gobi. Different, but still delicious.
Something I stumble over regularly with recipes from the US - your medium-size onion (or medium-size cauliflower, potatoes ... etc) are huge compared to those I get in out local super-markets und even bigger that what I get at our farmers-markets.
I thought the same 😂- the onion was ENORMOUS!
So wholesome! Thanks
Got the stuff to make this tomorrow night. Can't wait!
Can't wait to try the recipe, and I love your parents!
Can’t wait to try this. Love your videos and recipes!
The parents are the best part of the recipe, to me...Excellent.

This was delightful. Watching you cook was informative, because my taste and smell don't work, so seeing your timing on it all was great. Loved the idea to bake the veggies first. And so glad your folks appreciate you and your offerings!
I love it when you have your parents on; they are so cute and funny. Your recipe looks wonderful; can't wait to make it. Thank you, stay well.
Great recipe. I absolutely love when you include your parents as taste testers. They always add so much to the video. They must always be included!
Amazing recipe, will try this! Lovely to see your parents doing the taste test.
I absolutely love your parents, they are so nice and funny. I'll try this recipe soon for sure. Don't have half of the ingredients here, but will do my best I love potatoes and cauliflower!
I am not at all surprised that your parents loved yours. It looks amazing. I can see myself making this one! Thanks again, Nisha, for a lovely recipe that gets the tastebuds going - and your parents are just fabulous. I also love how proud of you they are.

Nisha I love your videos, not only your amazing recipes but also the positivity that you radiate. Thanks for your hard work!
Made this today and is DEEEElicious! Roasting the potatoes and cauliflower are game changers! I also roasted ground cumin cuz I didn't have the seeds. And it's still amazing!! 😋
Okay so today I learned that you're not really from India if you don't like spicy food 🌶😆Your Dad always makes me laugh 👍I need to get my hands on some funky Asafoetida!
This was absolutely delicious! I made it for some friends this weekend and they LOVED it. Thank you so much for all your fabulous content and for your enthusiasm. 🙏
Oh my heavens! Love your parents!! And I’m making this right now.
Can’t wait to try this recipe! Your parents are adorable.😊
so excited for your aloo gobi, as it happens to be my friends favorite dish, aaaannnd I just bought home some potatoes from the farmers market! I get excited whenever you post a recipe video, and especially so when it features your parents. they are amazing ❤❤❤
This looks really good dude! Might have to make it fur shur
Oh my YUM! Veggies just the way I like to cook them, too, and all that flavor! I've never liked Aloo Gobi at restaurants for the same reasons you stated. This fixes everything.
Totally getting a Serrano at the store and making this ASAP! (Also? Your parents are precious! 🥰)
I have been searching for an aloo gobi recipe for so long. Thank you
Love seeing the Indian dishes! Please do more :)
I loved this video! 😊
YUM!!! I made this during my lunch hour and it turned out hands down DELICIOUS- thanks Nisha
It's wonderful now that you live close enough to your parents to have them taste test your culinary creations. Their approval is priceless to your endeavors.
I so so appreciate your work, gentle , spirt, and respectfulness to your ever dear parents!
Nisha, could yo make a video explaining your journey and how you got started in in your cooking skills. Please once again mention your mentors!!
It took me 6-8 tries to perfect my "better than restaurant" palak paneer (I'm not even Indian, just love the food). I can't wait to try this recipe.
Looks wonderful and I can’t wait to try it! Hello wonderful parents!
As soon as you cut back the heat of the serrano pepper I wondered why you would do that to your Dad... aka, the Incredible Hunk😆
😂 a fine question! Lesson learned.
Love your recipes, but oh my, I adore your folks!!!
this video was so fun to watch, really brought a smile on my face. and i learned a new recipe!
always love your parents!
Your parents are awesome!
This was absolutely delightful! I enjoyed your preparation of Aloo Gobi and now I must try to replicate what you have created. Your parents are honest and funny. It makes me wish that I could have a meal with your family! Cook on! Blessings always!
