This interview remembers mine. Against all odds I was in an interview for a government position. I am a foreigner, my English like her. From around 40 people they selected me. I f you look confident , smiling, calmed , well prepared, you have a huge opportunity to be hired.
I was in a job interview today. The interviewing manager handed me his laptop and said, "I want you to try and sell this to me." So I put the laptop under my arm, walked out of the building, and went home. Eventually he called my mobile and said, "Bring it back here right now!" I said, "$200 and it's yours." Didn't get the job btw
She did so well! She sounded confident, friendly and she spoke clearly and answered quickly. I get so nervous at interviews and tend to zone out so I have to stop and think about the questions a bit 😢 does anyone have any tips for how I can improve this?
What I most like that this is a real situation. No actors on the scene and best of all, is to see a brazilian like me holding on her nerves despite the internal pressure by the language. She has to improve her pronunciation but she makes her understandable and that what it counts. Congratulations, Juliana!
I'll be in a job interview the day after tomorrow and need really a job to support my family. This video made me recognize the smile is important in the interview. I still feel the tension rising. Thanks for the video.
@@jojoeh.b.5754 san, I just sent you my message from my Hotmail account. I would much appreciate it if you could give me your tips. I will be in a job interview tomorrow and a paper test. I really want a job to support my family because I lost my job on 1st May 2020.
My 1st job interview in 2006, I sat at the reception area for a certain company and waited for the HR person to see me. I thought it would be a good idea to make a quick dash to the rest room on account of how nervous I was, before I was called in. I ended up walking into the ladies restroom and I bumped into the HR person there.
HI Yep. I did. I was the youngest in an office full of industry veterans. They treated me like garbage, but I really learnt a lot from them. Fast forward to 2013, I started my own company and we’re still going strong :)
English is not even her first language she's super confident and speaks so well. I'm English I get so scared and nervous everytime I just feeze and forget whatever I want to say I forget every single word of English, I get so anxious everything comes out wrong and I starts to stutter.
Job interview here in 3 hours with a fortune 78 company. This lady was genuine and confident in her answers. Also she smiled ALOT and kept her hands in a position that said learner and somebody that aspires to be. I think the language barrier and the construction did not help the process. Truth is her smile won them over and although it was a mental discussion I think they knew her heart was in the right place.
I guarantee that her personality and sweetness deffo gave her some good marks for this interview. Dont focus too much on your answers guys, but work on showing your true personality and show charisma and passion
never say uuh um in a interview makes you seem unsure of yourself if you get stomped on a question say well and pause it makes the interviewer know you have a answer but it didn't come out fast as expected. ..and another thing she did wrong never repeat questions being asked make the interviewer think you're either hard of hearing or your really nervous they key in on confidence they understand you will be nervous who wouldn't in a interview but thing is not to show it it's weakness if I do decide to give you the job and your always nervous you won't be able to handle a tough situation
This may be the reason why I've had several job interviews this semester and never got the jobs, thank you so much! I never really noticed I did these until I saw your comment 😂😅
I’m never not gonna say Um. Employers should get fucking real. Let’s go outside smoke CIGGARETTE and talk like adults. I only want job for money, same as everyone else. Get fuckin real
I think the reason I get can easily nervous in interviews is because I am not a native English speaker and I do have concerns in which word or phrase should I use. Actually, English is quite difficult for me because it is too way different from Chinese language. For example, we don't say "what did you eat last night?", instead, we say" last night you ate what?" in Chinese logic. Similarly, most Chinese non-native speakers can't speak Chinese fluently and confidently. Thus, I personally blame the problem we Chinese have in speaking English to the huge difference between these two languages: the history tells us that there is almost ZERO similarity in their origins.

Very ethical HR folks were conducting the interview. You know why interviewer were looking into this candidate was her smile its key in banking and customer service jobs. Its not a high paying jobs they want people to stick around for long time. Companies lose money why keep hiring and training people. Most people leave jobs not because of money or companies they leave jobs because of bad managers
