This should be a gamemode ngl. Just imagine like 20 octanes racing across any map with the goal of grabbing banners and just going as fast as possible to race to the respawn beacon and whoever respawns first wins the game.

How will that work? If your health gets to 5 HP, you are most likely dead anyway since the next shot will kill you and you won't have enough time to react to the super speed. That is only usable if you are trying to already run away and are being shot at, something like Bangalores passive lol. Also just imagine having a gunfight, strafing, he hits you and your super speed activates which suddenly makes you overstrafe and that messes up your aim in the last moment and he kills you. The 5 HP threshold is so low, most of the time you won't even get to see Octane activate this new passive, let alone give you enough of a window to make use of it.
@@archardor3392 Octane can't kill himself with his stim it takes 10% of whatever his current health is the lower the health the smaller the damage from stim. But I get you're point having .001 health and super speed wouldn't be that helpful
