I just received my order for two yards of wallpaper, rolled tightly into a tube. I'll be covering a valuable book, so this video is valuable, too. Thanks!
Could you show how to attach photo printing paper back to the roll? You print only on the one side and the end of is glued to the core of the roll.I am trying to use double sided clear tape to put the end of the roll paper on to the core.
@@d.r.q.2032 Rolling a poster or print the opposite way might damage it, especially the ’heavier’ paper type. Best is to flatten it, so the fibers can relax.
I hadn't thought of using the tube to roll it in the opposite direction. Smart!

Excellent...I'm using this technique for some art I just purchased. Like your studio, too.
I have giclee prints on heavy duty high end paper so looks like a good idea. Thanks!
I hope you pick the perfect frame. 👍
Just got a nice 40x60 metallic paper print I'm so nervous to roll out. Should I have a frame ready before unrolling it?
Thanks very helpful.
Won't this (rolling in reverse) crack the ink on some prints?
I haven’t had that experience.
Thats exactly what just happened to me :(
I just bought an astroworld poster because I’m a Travis Scott fan and this helped thanks!

Very helpful. It works ! Thank you very much !
I’ve had my 2 posters under books for about 4 days and it’s pretty flat but the ends are a little curled any tips?
Thank you for great hint!
Thank you for the help!
Hmmmm, i found some movie posters in the attic that have very bad curling from 40 years of not perfect rolled storage. I hope i can flatten them tool
The rolling in reverse method damaged my print with a lengthy crack, be careful people !!
Nice!
Thank you. :)
just watched the other one
this does nothing for the edges but ok
So I've been doing this wrong my whole life 🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽
🤦🏻♂️People, do not use this method for your valuable prints, you can damage the artwork.
Then what do you suggest?
@@d.r.q.2032Just put something heavy on it for a few hours or a day.

Never roll a poster or print the opposite way… 🤦🏽 Just flatten it, might take time but it’s the only right way.
Why is this?

@@jleeksmahow do you recommend flattening it without rolling it the opposite way? How do you flatten yours?
Hmm...what's this "books" thing you speak of? (Lol)
Still filming in vertical.. 😴🙅♂️
Thanks for the help!
