Would it surprise you to hear that "Don't speak her name" despite being such a major theme actually plays less than halfway through the game? Even more surprising is that it plays during the entire gameplay section of the chapter it plays on. The enemy troops are moved by a major sacrifice but are under threat of death by their mad king. The general of this force speaks throughout the chapter telling his men to throw down their arms, that he will take the blame for them. It wouldn't be a strategy war map if they all threw down their arms, and they ultimately choose to fight with their general. But in a game with generic identical looking soldiers, they made these soldiers share in the emotion of the chapter. It's brilliant honestly. Music can really bring so much beauty to an experience
One tiny thing during that chapter is that the soldier who primarily speaks to the general is the most generic portrait, so generic its shared across all factions (just recolored to show enemies and allies). Like, I doubt its intentional, but it really drives home the idea that there is ultimately no real difference between these people other than those above them.
Not to mention that, unlike most Awakening chapters, its a "Defeat the Boss" objective. You can, and are by the tone of the scene encouraged, to just rush through the chapter and escape, only fighting the necessary battle, and sparing those who are still questioning if they *should* fight anymore, even if they decided to stand with their general. The boss, Mustafa, even doesnt want to fight, and is more or less sacrificing himself so his troops dont suffer for desertion.
A notable thing about the Fire Emblem Awakening soundtrack is that there will often be two versions of the song, one just regular and one with (Ablaze) added on. The regular version of the song (usually a more chill version of the song) will play while on the battle map, and then the Ablaze version (which is a more intense, dramatic version of the song) will play when you engage in combat
Some other games in the series use map themes for your turn and for the enemies turn, then switch to entirely different battle themes, but Awakening (for instance) seamlessly switches in and out of the map themes and their combat versions. The enemy turn battle version uses "(Galvanized)" as a title add-on.
Nice note about "You have power... like mine" that's a treat for people who played the games before this This track is a rearrangement of a theme for an older character in the series, and this plays for their reintroduction to the story In that way, it's not only beautiful, but also kind of nostalgic
So the cool thing about the ID tracks is they are all rearrangements of eachother and they represent the player character each one represents a stepping stone or fall the player gets over. The english tracks also name them "ID" while the Japanese naming is just "I".
“You have power… like mine” plays when meeting a powerful, ancient character from thousands of years ago (and past games in the series). She’s ancient, mystical, the voice and daughter of the Goddess So very much a hero speaking to another hero
The last theme you heard so happens to be the final map theme in the game. The series was on its last legs when the game released meaning one more commercial failure meant an end for the series. I like to think thats why they incorporated the Fire Emblem theme and made it a banger at that! I really love that theme and Im glad this series is doing well and more popular!
Id (which I believe refers to part of the 3-part psychoanalytical concept as proposed by Sigmund Freud, where the id is the always underlying instinct in even higher thinking beings) is the song that plays during the final battle. Something of particular note in the song is that from 20:11 to 21:21 (in your video, obviously) is actually the leitmotif of the Fire Emblem series as a whole.
If you want to know about the story behind the song (Dont speak her name) here is the gist. Spoilers: Basically, A loved character sacrifices herself in the hopes of a stop to the war between two neighboring kingdoms. Her sacrifice speaks to all people except for the mad king of the invading kingdom. Good guys are escaping, and a high rank general stays and fights, even though he believes in the sacrifice that was just made. He tells one of the main characters this, and the main character in turn responds with the title of the song.
I’m glad you are getting into this, the game play and story for some fire emblem games can be debated on often but one thing we fire emblem fans agree on is that Fire Emblem always has good Music.

I'm not knowledgeable on music but I have to comment on this before the thought vanishes. I never noticed that in Don't Speak her Name it feels like the Piano is leading and calling and the rest of the instruments join in, respond and expand. Which is fitting, the character this theme is about gives a speech and sacrifices themselves. And all those around them are led by their example, echo their sentiments and take them forward in different ways. They're the piano.
Don't speak her name is one of the most impactful moments in the entire game. The battle it plays at happens after a tragedy I won't spoil. Morals are conflicted, emotions are high.
Glad to see you enjoying fire emblem music, hope to see more! Also, the Id is the primitive, impulsive part of our minds that is driven by instincts and desires.👍
About your guess that the theme 'you have power...like mine' alludes to something fairy-like, I'd say it could probably be called fey-adjacent. It's the theme that plays when you meet a character referred to by those who only know _of_ her as the 'voice' of Naga, who is the goddess worshipped by those who fight on the side of 'good' in the Fire Emblem series. So the character is seen as an apostle, but what the people see as her 'hearing the voice of the goddess' in that really religious way they would, is actually just Naga talking to her...great-granddaughter, I think? If that? They're dragons, they live basically forever, yada, yada.
It was fun seeing you react to Fire Emblem awakening ost. If you liked this, then you’ll definitely like Fire Emblem Fates and Fire Emblem Heroes ost, and then FE Shadows of Valentia, Three Houses ost and FE Engage ost will just blow you away.
To expand on the differentiation between the regular tracks and the Ablaze variants-- (Alert! Infodump incoming!) Fire Emblem is defined as a "Turn-Based Tactical Strategy" game, which essentially means that it plays like an overcomplicated version of chess mixed with a standard RPG, except you get to move every unit on the field one at a time instead of just one whenever it's your turn. The majority of the gameplay has you taking on a bird's-eye view over the battlefield, moving your units and checking enemy units' strength and movement ranges and determining which of your units will take on which enemies. The regular tracks play while you're in this 'tactician's view.' Once you order a unit to engage an enemy unit, or an enemy engages one of your units, the camera zooms in and you get to watch the round of combat play out, which is when the Ablaze variant kicks in. Once the round is over, the camera zooms back out, and the track switches back to the regular version. It's worth noting that Awakening was actually the first game in the series to employ this dynamic switching between calm and battle variants for level (or 'map') themes. Every FE game prior had dedicated battle themes that were entirely distinct from the map themes--and for a large majority of those games, you only had a single battle theme for anyone who wasn't a boss. Or, well, technically two: one for combat occurring on the player's turn, and one for combat during the enemy's turn. The third and ninth games - Mystery of the Emblem and Path of Radiance respectively - were the only games who broke this trend, and even then it was only by technicality as they only had four; two for the first half of the game, and the other two for the second half. And then came Path of Radiance's sequel, Radiant Dawn, which finally broke the mold and featured multiple unique player-phase and enemy-phase battle themes unique to each in-game faction. After Awakening, though, the series essentially switched completely to this new dynamic map music style. In fact, the only game that didn't do so was a remake of an older game. And now, some trivia: "Conquest" is actually a remix of the main Fire Emblem theme, of which some variant has been the title screen theme for every game in the series except for FE2, FE9, FE14, FE15, and FE17. And even if it's not the title screen theme, you'll be able to hear it at least somewhere in every game. "You have power... like mine." is a modern version of the theme "Legend of the Divine Dragon" which originally appeared in FE3. It's also popped up in FE7 as "Legend of the Dragon God," and in FE11 as "The Little Divine Dragon." It's typically associated with the character Tiki, who appeared as a child in FE1 and FE3 and their remakes FE11 and FE12, and then returned in Awakening as an adult, having spent a thousand years alternating between sleeping and trying not to think about the fact that she's outlived all her old friends.
Honestly the themes shown here were a fantastic representation of the game as a whole. Glad to hear your opinion on each of them as well as get a little more insight on each theme. Was a little surprised there weren't as many map/battle themes here though. I can't say even one of them was underwhelming. If you get a chance, listen to both the normal and ablaze themes one after another. Many of them are what you expect from a standard and then more intense version of the song, Prelude being a great example. But i can't even choose which of the two Conquest themes is my favorite because they're both so beautiful, even if the main theme of the series does annoy me here. These themes are made to change fluidly from one to the other as you enter and exit combat and it amazes me how different some can be. The instrumentation can take some wild turns too, and honestly Chaos is my favorite example of this. Sound warning for a first time listener though, Chaos (Ablaze) is a very abruptly loud theme.
Not gonna lie, listening to these tunes while taking the dishes out of wash made me realize maybe 3/4's through the prelude. If Nintendo ever remastered or even just ported Awakening to the Switch... I'd probably buy it in a heartbeat. Awakening was my first Fire Emblem and as such was my gateway into the franchise, for this it holds a special place in my heart.
My favorite video game series of all time! Awakening has so much soul since it was potentially the last game in the series ever if it didn’t succeed. They really put their heart into it knowing that. Also, I was always shocked hearing this from 3DS speakers back when I first played the game.
Oh, man… it’s been years since I heard Don’t Speak Her Name! and yet as soon as it started I was bulldozed with the emotions I felt when I was playing the game for the first time
Just hearing the quote "And what if I can't? What if I'm not not worthy of her ideals" and the grove I was on from the previous song just gets stopped by an emotional punch to the chest. Playing this game and knowing where the line is from makes it hurt And then I perk right up hearing my favourite renditon of the Tiki theme
Fates breakdown might be interesting. The way the 2 version of the game Birthright and Conquest have a very unique vibe with one another to symbolize the cultural different of Hoshido and Nohr. Not to mention each song have calm and fire version as they play out at different times of the games making it a unique experience as well. I love Fates music it's so underrated. Best 3DS Fire Emblem game hands down and I will fight you for it if you disagree!!!!
It's amazing that you enjoyed this soundtrack so much, yet only listened to three battle themes. If you ever do a Part 2, there are some pretty intense (Ablaze) songs!
If you are down for that retro SNES sound you should listen to the music from Genealogy of the Holy War. The soundtrack is so good for a game released in 1996. Most of themes last around 1 or 2 minutes and are made to loop endlessly.
I'm so happy that you're finally reacting to fire emblem music. I hope one day you'll react to the music in fire emblem fates, echoes shadows of valentia, three houses, and engage as they all have phenomenonal music
"And what if I can't? What if I'm not worthy of her ideals?" and "Don't speak her name!" are both grieving for the same character, kinda spoilers.... the main lords older sister, who was a beloved queen. She scarified herself to hopefully end the conflict between her country and the other, and now the main lord must deal with his sister dying, a war still going on, AND being the 2nd oldest royal, so he's going to be king after all this. I really have to say echoes shadows of Valentia has my personal favorite ost of the entire FE series! Especially "With Mila's divine protection"(fighting music), "The Scions' Dance In Purgatory" (A major villains battle), "Twilight of the gods" (Final battle theme), and "The heritors of Arcadia" (the credits song, which is GORGEOUS)
The fire emblems games have A BUNCH OF BANGERS for example i suggest three houses: Shackled Wolves God Shattering Star Apex of the world Funeral of Flowers And Engage: Bright Sandstorm Loss and Salvation Royal Confidence Bloom in the Breeze
Ablaze themes play during skirmishes, each Fire Emblem game has their "Ablaze" themes but they have different names, for example in Fates they're called "Storm"
Conquest (Ablaze) is also one of two tracks that accompany Chrom and Lucina as a paired unit in Project X Zone 2, the other track being Divine Decree (Ablaze). And by the way, the melody near the end of the loop of Conquest (Ablaze) at 4:46 is the classic Fire Emblem theme.
I really love Id (Purpose), an amazing theme for the end of the game but something especially cool about it is that it uses the main melody of the game heard all throughout the various Id tracks in the game, like Beginning, Serenity, and Sorrow. So you spend the entire game hearing this melody to then hearing this marvelous use of it at the end it's so good. In psychology the Id is the primitive, basic, and fully unconscious part of personality. This melody is the theme of the main character, who they are at their very core. And you get to hear it change and evolve into what is Id (Purpose) aaah it's just so good they did such great work on this soundtrack down to even the names of the songs themselves
One of the best soundtracks of all time. Incredible use of leitmotifs, incredible mastery of evoking emotions in the player, incredible matching of song feel to the game. I never don't tear up to Don't Speak Her Name, especially combined with the imagery burned into my mind of pouring rain freezing as my character scores a critical hit.
Tbh, the OST sometimes do it themselves no matter what the suggestions have been. Like with Persona 5, all that jazz emotionally damages your taste in music so that you can't enjoy anything else as much as its ost.
With Fire Emblem being a tactical RPG, each "map theme" has two variants: a base version that plays while you're choosing your actions, looking at unit stats, etc.; and a more intense variant (subtitled "Ablaze" or something similar) for when you've made your move and watching your units attack. "Prelude" was an example of a map theme, and "Conquest" was an example of an attack variant! The two versions of each theme cross-fade seamlessly, making the individual battles have so much more impact! (Id ~ Purpose, being the finale theme, plays throughout the map with no variation.) The songs with quotes for titles are all cutscene tracks. "Don't speak her name!" also has the privilege of carrying from its cutscene straight into the next map, overriding the usual "map/battle" variants. ...Come to think of it, since you heard Sonic 06, my random-commenter's-suggestion from way back is fulfilled, huh? Hey, if you liked Undertale, you should listen to Touhou sometime...
The "Id" messes with my brain, too. The amazing thing about "Don't speak her name!" is that it reuses familiar themes to punch you in the gut, and wildly oscillates between sorrow and rage. I recently watched an analysis of that track, it was quite fascinating. I have no idea if you take suggestions, but here are some other soundtracks to check out (if you haven't already): Fire Emblem Path of Radiance & Radiant Dawn Fire Emblem Echoes Pretty much every Zelda game Baten Kaitos I & II The "Tales of" series The Valkyrie Profile games, especially Silmeria Trusty Bell (Chopin's Dream)
Oh! We doing Fire Emblem now? Here's hoping for a Fire Emblem: Three Houses reaction. Three Houses was my first Fire Emblem game and it didn't disappoint. From the characters, to the gameplay and of course the Music.
love fe awakening and its ost so much. really glad you listened to some of these tracks and hopefully youll listen to other fe games like fates or three houses
Who remembers Chapter 11 when Mustafa felt sorry for the Chrom and his party and the soldiers wanted to retreat because they lost the will to fight. 😩❤️
Don’t Speak Her Name is one of my favorite Fire Emblem songs of all time. It’s so many themes coming together to just explain the full emotional weight of Chrom‘s grief and his anger
This is the first of your videos I’ve come across! Watching musicians react to VGM OSTs is my favourite pastime at the moment. The other modern Fire Emblem OSTs are also a delight to listen to, would recommend Fates and Three Houses. Subscribed and looking forward to more!
For me what really brings ID Purpose home is that the the base of the song is present at the beginning of the game when the Robin wakes up in the field for the first time.
So speaking of Id Purpose feeling like it's in a constant state of buildup, part of what makes it so great is the track that comes right before it and leads into it, called Id Return. Not only for how it sounds but also for how it aligns with what's happening in the game at the time. Someone actually made an upload here that has Id Return transition into Id Purpose as it does in the game; i'd say it's worth giving a listen if you have a moment.
Fire emblem is a tactical RPG, that's somewhat like chess, each character has both a weapon type they can use, which usually are swords, Lance's, axes, bows, magic tomes, and magic staffs, though it varies from each game, and movement, so for example armoured units have better defenses but move less, fliers like Pegasus knights can ignore the terrain and go to places where there is no floor, cavaliers can move faster but usually have difficulties moving through terrains like sand or forests, etc It's very easy to play even for new players, in fact awakening was made to be the last game, as previous entries didn't earn Nintendo as much as desired, but it was done so well, it ended up reviving the franchise It was in fact my first fire emblem, and from there I went on to play other entries (like shadow dragon for the Nintendo ds, or radiant dawn for the Wii). Also funny thing, awakening had difficulty with graphics so characters fought on the screen without feet, there are so many memes about feet and fire emblem😅
Don't Speak her name is my favorite track in this game. I was crying my eyes out when i was playing this section of the game while listening to the music
Old video by now but i do agree with other comments saying you should listen to the soundtrack of Fire Emblem Fates, its my personal favorite FE soundtrack, but Shadows of Valentia also is close up there- if not on camera, just give them a listen on your own time! Some stunning tracks, i personally love Fates' use of higher ranges like violins and flutes, but some its best are the heavy, dark, scary atmospheric lower songs... They put a lot of work into music for the franchise!
Ok, so first off, really like this, but I wish whoever sent all the music had sent a few of the other Id versions as well before Purpose, probably Serenity and then Return, because while it sounds good on it's own, I still feel like the best part of it's impact is how it's the epic final battle version of the leitmotif that's been playing through the whole game, you know?
The great think about Awakening is that it was the final effort for Nintendo for Fire Emblem at the time. Sales were down, interest was down and there was little justification for a dying franchise to get major support just to fail over and over. Awakening absolutely CRUSHED it in sales and completely revived franchise considered by most to be on its last leg. A phenomenal game through and through that really felt like a Swan Song by the developers. They put their soul into this title and it paid off. Fire Emblem has never been more popular and successful since this title. Its been an upward trend after years of a downward spiral.
This game honestly saved the series. The music and story were fantastic, and memorable and the features making the gameplay more accessible really brought the game back.
YES, FIRE EMBLEM FOR THE WIN. Also, each fire emblem game has different music directions so awakening music is different from Fates music or Three houses Fire emblem is one of my favourite videogame series, second only to Pokemon of course 🤣
Happy to see you listening to the fire emblem franchise, these seriously have some incredible music pieces. If you wanna listen to more I highly recommend listening to Fates and Three Houses soundtracks. Both are very unique and are equally as amazing!
Three Houses is definitely the next Fire Emblem OST that you should take a look at. And I know I’m in the minority here, but I feel like Fire Emblem 7 (The first one released outside of Japan, localized as just “Fire Emblem”) is worth taking a look at too. Yes, the GBA sound chip was limiting, but it’s honestly so impressive what they were able to do with that limitation.
Yessss I'm excited for this!! If you wanna look into Fire Emblem some more, Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia is definitely up there OST wise in my opinion. Twilight of the Gods is a MUST, especially if you enjoy vocals. I would also recommend Heritors of Arcadia, Truth, Song of Bygone Days, The Mad God's Blessing... the list goes on.
Faraway Holy Land (Flare) A Goddess and Her Puppets Enforcer of Knowledge Keeper of History Tear Streaked (Ice) Broken Bonds Bright Sandstorm Falling Petals Defective (Frenzy) Distorted Flash of Light Goddess in Shadow Salvation and Loss Inconstant One Mirrored Engage The Last Engage (Prayer Incantation)
I haven’t even played the game. I did know Id (Purpose). I did not expect to just break down crying the moment it started. … so, Shadows of Valencia next?
I don't know if you ever have, and if you have that's awesome, but what about the Pokemon arrangements for the Super Smash Bros series? That'd be a worth a video or two, I'd say!
If there would be another Fire Emblem video one day, I think it would be best to just take some ost from a few games instead of focusing on one game at the time. Because there would be quite a lot to listen to otherwise, even if there would be videos for maybe Shadows of Valentia, Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn, Fates, 3 Houses and Engage. I'm saying that because I can't help but imagine that doing one game per video would make it feel long and/or boring, even with other games between each one. I know that is assuming right there, but I wanted to propose an alternative just in case. Though I did mean it when I said it would feel long, knowing how long it took me to go through let's plays of each game aside from the 4th and 5th ones and 3 Houses and Engage.

Welllllllll...engage is not bad but I wouldn't call it good.
I liked one original music and the rest are remixes.
But I like the rest of the series.

@@ultla321 I'm ok with bright sandstorm and the emblem themes.
For the rest it didn't feel that good.
And sorry but I really don't like the main theme.
@@tako-tac7764 hi
Just wanted to let you know if my reply came out as rude then I'm sorry that wasn't my intention. I just really love the engage soundtrack and wanted to list all of the songs that I thought were a banger.
@@ultla321 no don't worry I understand. Plus, I know that there are plenty people who like the ost. It just wasn't my jam.
This one was such a hard game to whittle down to a managable amount of themes - a really strong OST but hopefully it got across the feel of the game
I thought Tiki was the daughter of Naga not great granddaughter
@@allingbrodniak8819 you’re right, Tiki’s her daughter
It was fun seeing you react to Fire Emblem awakening ost. If you liked this, then you’ll definitely like Fire Emblem Fates and Fire Emblem Heroes ost, and then FE Shadows of Valentia, Three Houses ost and FE Engage ost will just blow you away.
Engage had such a good soundtrack. My absolute favorite track from that game was Falling Petals
Hearing "Don't speak her name!" back in 2013 was when I truly fell in love with the game.
To expand on the differentiation between the regular tracks and the Ablaze variants-- (Alert! Infodump incoming!)
Fire Emblem is defined as a "Turn-Based Tactical Strategy" game, which essentially means that it plays like an overcomplicated version of chess mixed with a standard RPG, except you get to move every unit on the field one at a time instead of just one whenever it's your turn.
And now, some trivia:
"Conquest" is actually a remix of the main Fire Emblem theme, of which some variant has been the title screen theme for every game in the series except for FE2, FE9, FE14, FE15, and FE17.
Playing this game and knowing where the line is from makes it hurt
And then I perk right up hearing my favourite renditon of the Tiki theme
4:46 that's the Fire Emblem theme (main theme of the series) that they incorporated there
Fates breakdown might be interesting.
Theres also Revelations but it mainly just uses themes from both of those, except for the final boss theme i think
It's amazing that you enjoyed this soundtrack so much, yet only listened to three battle themes. If you ever do a Part 2, there are some pretty intense (Ablaze) songs!
Also the Prelude gave me massive Star Trek vibes when i first heard it - feels like it could play over "boldly going where no man has gone before"
If you are down for that retro SNES sound you should listen to the music from Genealogy of the Holy War.
The fire emblems games have A BUNCH OF BANGERS
for example i suggest three houses:
Shackled Wolves
God Shattering Star
Apex of the world
Funeral of Flowers
And Engage:
Bright Sandstorm
Loss and Salvation
Royal Confidence
Bloom in the Breeze
I like how we made it our mission to give Emily emotional damage with video game OST’s
(Id ~ Purpose, being the finale theme, plays throughout the map with no variation.)
The songs with quotes for titles are all cutscene tracks.
I have no idea if you take suggestions, but here are some other soundtracks to check out (if you haven't already):
Fire Emblem Path of Radiance & Radiant Dawn
Fire Emblem Echoes
Pretty much every Zelda game
Baten Kaitos I & II
The "Tales of" series
The Valkyrie Profile games, especially Silmeria
Trusty Bell (Chopin's Dream)
My first fire emblem game ❤
I cannot wait for more FE content on this channel! Three houses and Shadows of Valentia have amazing soundtracks!
Monster Hunter has so many good ones 👀
Who remembers Chapter 11 when Mustafa felt sorry for the Chrom and his party and the soldiers wanted to retreat because they lost the will to fight. 😩❤️
6:48 LITERALLY MY EXACT REACTION WHEN THIS SONG COMES UP ON SHUFFLE ON MY VIDEO GAMES MUSIC PLAYLIST
Don’t Speak Her Name is one of my favorite Fire Emblem songs of all time. It’s so many themes coming together to just explain the full emotional weight of Chrom‘s grief and his anger
I love Fire Emblem Awakening.
A big part of my childhood.
Great memories.
Tons of fun.
And beautiful music, as is usual for Fire Emblem

Omfg how many nostalgia did i get after watching this video :,(
Thank you i remmembered lots of moments
Fire emblem is a tactical RPG, that's somewhat like chess, each character has both a weapon type they can use, which usually are swords, Lance's, axes, bows, magic tomes, and magic staffs, though it varies from each game, and movement, so for example armoured units have better defenses but move less, fliers like Pegasus knights can ignore the terrain and go to places where there is no floor, cavaliers can move faster but usually have difficulties moving through terrains like sand or forests, etc
It's very easy to play even for new players, in fact awakening was made to be the last game, as previous entries didn't earn Nintendo as much as desired, but it was done so well, it ended up reviving the franchise
It was in fact my first fire emblem, and from there I went on to play other entries (like shadow dragon for the Nintendo ds, or radiant dawn for the Wii).
Also funny thing, awakening had difficulty with graphics so characters fought on the screen without feet, there are so many memes about feet and fire emblem😅
Yes, it is Id, as in Id and Ego, the two parts of the self in philosophy.
I prefer the non-ablaze version of Conquest, give it a listen on your own time maybe.
Made my day that she’s listening to fire emblem awakening, now for sure she’s gonna listen to many fe games now
YES, FIRE EMBLEM FOR THE WIN.
Also, each fire emblem game has different music directions so awakening music is different from Fates music or Three houses
Fire emblem is one of my favourite videogame series, second only to Pokemon of course 🤣
"Don't speak her name!" is one of the best songs in the series I'm sure. It's such a strong theme during one of the peaks of emotion in the game
Would you say the soundtrack is Lunatic+?
I started Casually enjoying this soundtrack, but now is a Classic for me
No, because Lunatic+ is a mistake, unlike this.
Happy to see you listening to the fire emblem franchise, these seriously have some incredible music pieces.
If you wanna listen to more I highly recommend listening to Fates and Three Houses soundtracks. Both are very unique and are equally as amazing!
Seeing people hear FE13 music for the first time makes me appreciate what I had growing up… like damn, we really were raised on works of art
The non ablaze versions are amazing too
Three Houses is definitely the next Fire Emblem OST that you should take a look at.
The fact she named every thing that happened in the game without playing it is the testament to the music.
Id is usually pronounced 17:27
I think you would have liked "Old Battlefield" also. It basically is the ending theme of the game.
My favorite Fire Emblem
i usually dont like reactions but how you reacted to "Dont speak her name" is too close to mine and I loved it.
I would love you played it.
fire emblem my beloved
I LOVE THE OST OF FIRE EMBLEM! Please, listen the ost of Fire Emblem Fates Birthright
YESYESYES NOW LISTEN TO FIRE EMBLEM FATES AND FIRE EMBLEM ECHOES!!! THEY ALSO HAVE WONDERFUL SOUNDTRACKS :)
Whenever you next do Fire Emblem, it’s GOT to be Engage. Some of the best battle themes in the franchise if you ask me.

Wait until you get to "Don't speak her name"
I want you to listin to God Shattering Star and Shambala from Fire Emblem three houses.
I haven’t even played the game. I did know Id (Purpose). I did not expect to just break down crying the moment it started.
… so, Shadows of Valencia next?
You should listen to either the new Bombrush Cyberpunk OST or one of the Jet Set Radio OST:s (Or all of them, that works too).
mimikyu plush spotted.... me want that plush... where'd you get it.
I don't know if you ever have, and if you have that's awesome, but what about the Pokemon arrangements for the Super Smash Bros series? That'd be a worth a video or two, I'd say!
Will there be a second Hollow knight video abt the OST
I hope you do Three Houses next.
And a Part 2 to this.
Fire emblem has the better ost of the last games, no discussions
Please do the next few FE games! You won’t regret it, I promise!
FEAwakening is on my top5 games of all time and let me say it: the ost is even better than the gameplay.
More Splatoon music???
ok but, where's Kellam?
It's a great game
Would I dare to ask for a fe echoes shadows of Valencia reaction?
Of course I would!
