On setting my campaign from Facebook Ads Manager
I tried to click "choose where you want to drive traffic..." But, I tried to click on "select page" and it showed me "Ads that direct to WhatsApp can be created after several weeks of following our policies" what does this mean please😩😩😩🤷🤷
And please should I create a business account before I run any ads or I should use my Personal ad account to run ads?

@@smsvine278 you have to select your ad payment option in the payment settings in your Ads Manager.
To see your payment settings, go on your Ads Manager and go to Billings.
For the WhatsApp Ad, you have to connect your WhatsApp Business to your Facebook Business page.

Then you need to verify your WhatsApp on Facebook. You’ll see a button on your Facebook page where you can do that.
Make sure you’re using WhatsApp For Business, not the regular WhatsApp.

Yes you need to. You cannot run Ads on Facebook if you don’t have a page.
