You will add your debit card details in your Facebook Ad Manager account. Fund your bank account and Facebook debits it directly

You can create a WhatsApp link like he did, and input it as the URl, so when people click the link it takes them to your WhatsApp, and not website.

That's how I've been boosting too, but doesn't allow boosting on Instagram from same ads
