Ahh finally good old fashioned puff puff like they make by the road side. Today everyones trying to give puff puff a makeover and add cinnamon and nutmeg. Thank you for keeping it simple.
@@windsurfer8824Cameroonian puff puff doesn't have puff puff or nutmeg, and Cameroonian puff puff is what this content creator showcased in the video 😊
South Pacific Islanders;Tongans have a similar recipe if not the same and we call it keke isite . It's so yummy. Although I think they mix the yeast with the warm water first and then add in to the dry mix, but I seem to like the way it's done in your video. I think I'll try this way first. I was happy to have found this video. ❤
In the video, she's using "instant yeast" otherwise yes warm water sugar and yeast to proof it before adding to your other ingredients. This one is easy better off to follow. I would make mine same like her video!
@@Ricapicachuu it doesn’t always have to flip on its own. Usually it’s because your dough wasn’t elastic enough, but if the final result is good that’s enough
Am from Kenya and just wanted something different to make for breakfast this Christmas season.. chose your video as it's short. Nice 👍. Definitely trying this 🇰🇪🇨🇦
Great stuff. You just earned a subscriber for this short, simple and to the point video. I randomly chose to view yours because it was one of the few less than 5mins puff puff vids and I wasn't disappointed 😋

Puff puff has always had cinnamon and nutmeg. You're free not to add it though if you don't want.

Of course traditional puff puffs never had cinnamon etc, it was just plain but so fulfilling could go with almost anything.❤ from Papaua New Guinea 🇵🇬

You should get the same results either way, they most probably use the kind of yeast that needs to be activated first that's why
I also think the dough is too soft.
