A close read of the MCP1700 datasheet reveals that it recommends a 1uF ceramic capacitor on both input and output - this example circuit has none on input and only 0.1uF ceramic on output (in addition to the large electrolytic, which should be fine). 1uF ceramic caps (or bigger) are not cheap, and from my searching two of them will easily cost more than the MCP1700. Another promising LDO I found is the NJU7223F, which is up to 500mA, and 30uA quiescent. It only recommends 0.1uF caps, which are cheap and I have a lot of. But, that LDO is not a common one.

Just spent a while pricing stuff on ebay:
3.3v >200mA LDO: cheapest i found was the HT7333 for 10cents each, or 5cents if SMD is ok.
    330uF Electrolytic cap: 2cents each.
    100nF Ceramic cap:

2:22 could we use MOSFET insted of bjt (Bipolar junction transistor).
because MOSFET must have low output cut off voitage??

What is maxmum V and Current does not damage bord ?
Let say i want use 5V and 6A is that effect or damage bord ?

why do you use ceramic capacitor here? Do you have to use it? Or can you just use a electrolytic one and be fine?

ESP.getVCC() . Search on the internet how to use it.

Great video but there's no need for such big capacitor. 330uF or even less is more than enough. The rule is 1000uF/1A. Using a smaller cap would decrease even more the size ;)
