Its kinda weird, im a an painter wants to learn 3D and i like to watch ur videos cuz i ur aesthetic is similar to mine, AND im a dj by night, really love breakcore and jungle, and fan of a Nia Archives, and u did this tutorial is just blowing my mind, i feel like we r actually friends and decided to do this video or some. It just feel fascinating. Thank u so much
Are u kidding me?? This came out sooooooo so sick!!! You and your channel seriously inspire me so much, I resonate with having a very free flowing creative process and seeing your work come together so beautifully is really so amazing to watch 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
You really seem to know your stuff, even beyond what we are used to see from you. Looking forward to further explorations of your projects inspirations!
really cool video, glad i came across this channel, it kinda feels like coming home in a sense because i know from watching that there are lots of people who think in a similar way to me over here. also got me onto notion probably, that kinda environment to easily and visually organize everything in one place is something i've been looking for for quite some time. i get the feeling it's really gonna help me with productivity and stuff
OMFG - thank you. I'm haven't even watched through BUT I feel that u should upload that short history of jungle as it's own thing cause it's so precious and I feel like it might get mad views
This is my first time interacting with your channel, been on a jungle rabbit hole and ive gotta say your video has really reignited my passion for creating something. I especially love the aspects of creating low poly art. Truly inspiring chill and awesome! Earned a sub. Bucket list definitely need to make a low poly holy! That thing is sick asffff!
This was sick, I liked the 'A brief history of Jungle Music' it was very well edited and I also enjoyed the free flowing nature of the video, good shit.
Love it! Totally get why you steered away from going in detail, it's crazy the amount of ways there is to achieve the look - I started a vid last year and gave up bc it was too hectic haha... you gave me heaps of creative energy watching this tho maybe one day
i swear learning topology is putting me in a crisis on my blender journey everything has to be straight to avoid deformation its crazy and makes me appreciate 3D artist so much more than ever, i love your video’s you’ve been my inspiration 🫡🫶🏽💕
I would say to think of things in their most basic forms and then, just focus on the edges that need to be reinforced for the specific intended shape. The more detail, the more compact or closer the edges have to be, the least, the less dense the polygon or component needs to be with edges. If you can, before you tackle a shape, think about how you are going to get there and take your time with it. Before you even start modelling, it really does help.
Great vid and the concept is awesome! Also good mic upgrade. You might wanna set the mic to mono if you're using it as a handheld and talk towards one of the condensors instead of above both - because it can be jarring to hear your voice suddenly switch from one ear to the next. Good luck on the next project fam
so freaking coooolll and blessings to enjoying the UK summer. nice mention about the link between evolving game tech and the tech and culture of jungle! ive written about music and videogame graphics evolving sideways with each other. love the vid
Gorgeous! Another tip I saw in another video to get that wobbly sort of ps1 graphic. Is to add a displacement modifier with a colored voronoi texture. Then using the camera as the coordinates and direction as XYZ. I think it really adds that extra look and feel as if it was really rendered in a ps1 engine. But I suppose it also comes down to how much you really want to mimic that.
yh thats called vertex snapping! my topo didn't really work with it and I was on a time crunch so I didn't have time to fit that in!! deffo next time though
you are just too much the knowlegde you have of blender is insane you can do short cuts through everything it's super cool. i wish to be like you when i grow up. loved the jungle music breakdown
Watching this while listening to Nia Archives and Mall grab was fr a HUGE coincidence, just found ur channel today since i wanna learn blender. Subscribed and followed on insta, your tutorials and aesthetic are great :)
P new to your channel but the few I’ve seen I’ve loved the vibe and authenticity. Weird that I’ve also been following nia for a bit so sick to know you’re both working together

i just wanted to see a PS1 hologram, didn't suspect i'd be so invested in the whole video and your persona i'd watch the whole thing, wow it was really entertaining
Edit: pardon the end of my comment (middle) I didn’t watch the beginning: your Drop on the breed history of Jungle!!!! Well done!!! (first post)Wait where’s the animation at the End? I’m the hologram? I thought you would show the full clip full screen. Oh. Well. Great videos again. (edit, saw the clip in the beginning. Fun, still wish More) PS: I always enjoy your original raw videos documentation style. As always. Word up!

Very much liked the new format. More dynamic and enganging, it suits your overall style. Keep up the good work!
its so cool how the clips you film of yourself are outdoors, just a cute lil contrast to tech-y subject matter, really love it!
***Reupload*** cos i fumbled first time around
I was vibing to the last 4 minutes of audio so hard and then BOOM vid went down 😂
@@carbreezy I missed it, but saw the long blank video in the thumbnail preview, what was the audio?
What a reupload it is
Renderware Engine 😂😉😉😁
Please get a fish eye lense and make the footage look like its from 2001 or some shit please.
Really cute video. The Jungle Music History is spot on even in it's brevity, thank you for the effort you put into your work.
I was wondering where all these people are coming from. Thanks for the shout-out! The final result looks great!
