Glad to see the Initiative being spoken about. We'll see more of this in the months to come.

It is quite strange to hear yourself being spoken about. Thank you though, a good overview and introduction. Like the direct to camera approach and aesthetic. New subscriber..

The four year rule is still strong and recognised in Wales, but it has been extended now to ten yrs in England.
The original 10 yr rule and traditional 4 yr rule were as follows for folk to understand here.
If you lived in a non-foundational home (a tent, a tee pee, yurt , caravan, it could be said that these can be moved so are not permanent and fell under the ten year rule.
If you had foundations and your home could not be moved, then you fell under the 4 year rule.
Now. It's 10 years for both in England. But is still 4 years for a home with a foundation in Wales.
This aside, there are STILL many MANY ways to achieve the same results even BEFORE 4 years in England and Wales.
    Cheers 🇬🇧

I agree with everything you've said. The important thing is that it is non-political and thus, hopefully, avoids attention from the usually crazies. Our people wanting to buy our land back, nothing wrong with that.

Thankyou, I also think being apolitical also opens up wider avenues of exploration - can look at things from a more cultural perspective.

They certainly are, only seem to be getting more so. Still there's some opportunity, just have to be careful

There are legal ways round that though. It's not that hard.
