Are aromatase inhibitors especially critical for an ER receptor that is 100%? Does the high estrogen mean endocrine therapy will be very effective? Is this a consideration for remaining on the tablets longer than 5 years? Thanks so much!!
My pathology test : ER and PR positive and HER negative , I have lobular breast cancer stage 1 , so I have to go for mastectomy and breast reconstruction doctor suggested to go for bilateral mastectomy and breast reconstruction . It’s lot for me to decide , I am ok with mastectomy and breast reconstruction only worries what if I need radiotherapy. Even doctor said it’s highly unlikely to have chemo or radiotherapy Any advice please ?😢

This indicates the oestrogen receptor expression is high i.e. positive
