Very interested to follow this. spirituality has always been around my life but never really part of it. Keen to explore this together.
I too am fascinated by this subject. I myself have a tendancy to dip in and out but tend to shut down spiritually in times of stress, whereas it would be wonderful to have faith to turn TO it instead of away. I look forward to the next installment x
