Why work without permits is a bad idea.

I often am asked if companies really have to pull permits. My response is that any company that tried to skirt around getting a permit is a company that I don't want to deal with. Building codes have been established to ensure the proper construction of structures and should be factored in to the price of any construction project when they are needed.
