Cowboy boots aren't too bad in the winter, if you have the right insoles and wear good wool socks. I live in Wyoming, and I've learned a few things about dressing for winter. A 9mm seems a bit light for bear. When I used to hunt I carried a Ruger revolver in .45 caliber. I wish I still had it. I don't go into the woods much any more. Well, not much "Woods" in Wyoming ;)
Great video. I own 2 of those Kore belts, one of the leather ones that you were wearing and one of the wider ones like your friends were wearing. I really like the ratchet style, no more poking holes in between holes. Support my firearms better than any other belt I own.

Just a suggestion that you wrap a piece of gorilla tape or duct tape around the lighters since the tapes are highly flammable and can be unwrapped into a ball for a quick fire tinder starter and in case of damp weather for an emergency fire. A thin cellophane guitar pick also fires up very fast. 🔥

I my jacket is usually my bus pass and my iPod.. I never carry anything in my back pockets. One of these days I will get a chained wallet All my handguns are too big and long for concealing I use them for deer hunting.

The vest I wear was designed for concealed carry and has a holster sewn into the leather inside pocket.
The 9 ain't stopping a bear. Maybe. Great for close human self defense though. Good EDC
