I kid you not but its actually a hybrid. The tracks are powered by individual electric motors so they could eliminate the transmission which took alot of space in the crew compartment as German tanks had it in the front.

That's no Tiger. Look at the road wheels. Even the Porsche Tiger had the Overlapping wheels. It's part of the design to lessen on Resources, while maxing the potential. Also, the Road wheels were massive, easily reaching the drive wheels. So frankly, they either had a Fake Tiger P from an old Movie set (And there are a lot of those), or the ones who 'Restored it' didn't bother getting the Road Wheels and thus, swapped them out for either a Panzerkampwagan's, or skimped completely and used Russian parts.

There were SOME variants that didn't have the Overlapping Road Wheels, but those were Late Stage Production, where Resources were less than the factories needed.
