Yes, it is related. You will also find ample of cases under the chapter Judicial Control over Delegated Legislation, where the Delegated Legislation was declared invalid on the ground of being ultra vires. Also, I will be uploading videos on the Judicial Control in the coming weeks.
Delegated legislation can be challenged on various grounds like Delegated legislation is ultra vires the constitution, inconsistent with the Parent Act, inconsistent with the general law, arbitrary or unreasonable. I will be uploading the video covering these grounds under judicial control over delegated legislation on next Monday. Also, the Parent Act which delegates the power of rule making through one or the other section can be challenged on the ground of excessive delegation.
