Delegated Legislation | Meaning | Growth | Classification | In Re Delhi Laws Act Case | In Hindi

Delegated Legislation is one of the most inevitable parts of Administrative Law. In this video lecture we will learn the meaning of Delegated Legislation with examples (Environment (Protection) Act 1986, Income Tax Act 1961 and Essential Commodities Act, 1955), reasons for its Growth, Constitutionality of Delegated Legislation through In re Delhi Laws Act case, Status of Excessive Delegation and various Classification of Delegated Legislation. This lecture is the introductory part of Delegated Legislation and it will be followed by various sub topics under the concept which will be covered in the future videos of LegalFly.
