Ebay charging 11-15% is deceiving. They charge that percentage of total including tax & shipping etc.. So it comes out to 25-35% price or more of profit.

I remember watching some of your videos when I started my business in 2017. I'm an artist, and sell my products as commissions for the most part. I get my artwork printed in India through a subcontractor, who dropship directly to my customers around the world. That part works very well. I started a website in 2019, and a webstore in 2020. I now have hundreds of designs that I can offer my clients but have a difficult time reaching my customers. Traffic at my webstore is extremely low. I'm working most all of the time on commissions for my customers, but I feel I could be doing so much better. I need help! I'm obviously doing something wrong. Thanks.

Started a Course w/o any content at all - That is actually genius, especially if your course is going to be about something you know as well as the back of your hand. Folks that tend to have/doo lots of projects and a full personal/professional life that I know excel when they need to make something happen right away as opposed to when they were going to get around to it. For example somehow my wife's she shed origination trumped my planned schedule for the remodel of our house. It's just shifting gears and off to the races. In my previous business life I had always planned on sometime teaching via short videos what I and many others charge for, often I would shoot these little vids just to share with a customer that was planning on doing something for themselves and the benefits was three fold. Either they were successful and bragged about me, they were not successful and now would appreciate my price and wait time, and three which was most often they would evaluate their time and just give me the job in the first place. Creating these videos on the fly was easy, creating a course to me seemed impossible. But on your plan it would in effect create itself, genius I say genius.

I will not carry any inventory, and they are going to create a landing page at my website that will link our two companies together. They will do all the ordering fulfillment. Which of the business models does this closely align with (Dropshipping, Selling other people's products, Selling my own branded products, Affiliate Marketing)? Can you explain why? Thank you!
I think it's somewhat similar to dropshipping. Because you don't need to stock inventory yourself, and the supplier will directly handle the shipping. But... may I ask what platform you used to build your own website?

Creating an on line business while working a full time job, with family responsibilities WILL suck a large chunk of your free time (what little of it you may have). You can't change your work hours nor your commute time. What suffers? Time with family and/or sleep time. Starting ANY business is like taking care of a baby and when the business is established, it is more like watching young children. As was once said by a now defunct TV star, "Don't commit the crime unless you can do the time".
Disappointing to note that when you sign up to the email lists of several of the businesses mentioned at the start of the video their first messages all land in spam. Klaviyo shared IPs mostly being to blame. Must be losing a fortune in potential outreach.

Just started watching your video that was recommended by someone who has been successful from watching your videos. I have been trying to sell products from Amazon and other drop shipping companies only to fail since 2009. I started watching videos on TH-cam and followed what to do for marketing for free but still no sell. Now I can't work due to an injury to my hands so selling now is crucial in order to take care of my family. I'm going to watch your videos and take the course, hopefully this time I will succeed. My family and I just lost our internet and phone service so I downloaded your podcasts and will watch the videos when I'm at the library or USO. Selling online is becoming frustrating because I can't find the problem and come up with a solution. Hope this works in getting started again.
