    These are important reasons:
1.; Philippines is one of the most fluent english speaking in the world, grammar structure, pronunciation and accent. Filipinos always tried to used English in their normal communication. It means that in 10 Filipinos, 7 of those used Taglish (Tagalog ang English), Bisglish (Bisaya-English) and other native language that integrate english. Though not all Filipinos used English they could still understand it.
    2. Expenses- Philippines had three times lower cost of living than in U.S and other country. They had cheaper food and rent.
    3. Philippines had a very high quality education when it comes to standard of learning.
This is why Philippines is a good destination when it comes to education. They could learned with low cost of expenses and having a high standard of education.

English is a like a secondary language, or I would say 'formal', all our official documents like marriage certificates, official transcript of records, deeds of sales are written in English. Street names and directions are also written in English.
Almost, everyone can understand English, some might have a heavy accent in speaking but most do understand English by hearing, reading and writing

Filipino english accent is much better compared to other countries where their main languages is nớt English, and we are very conscious when it comes to grammar, that, even the english speaking people themselves don’t care if your english is grammatically correct or not.

Idk in todays schools but in our time in the 60 -80's, our english grammar cannot be contested as we are the best english speaking nation back in the days that you cannot fear speaking of it adding that it is much cheaper and reliable than any other asian country that has a language slangs and intonations.

when you say english, remember, there are two things to deal with, written english or oral english ... the filipino written english is really good bcuz of how they were taught in schools, especially private schools, the reason when it comes to grammar, spelling & everything, it's close to perfect if it's not perfect, but when it comes to oral english, there's some few things that need to improve, especially the pronunciation,so that the english speaking countries can understand easily when it comes to conversation, but it can easily corrected since the philippines used english alphabet compare to a lot of countries & of course ,the philippines' fascination of hollywood .... that's why a lot filipino singers can easily sing american, brit, canadian & aussie songs with no problem & can copy it like the original ... & it's also the reason the filipinos who immigrated or worked in canada,u.k,aussie,nz & u.s were able to communicate with the locals with no problem whatsoever ..... lastly, one thing i've noticed, the written english of some people from english speaking countries aren't perfect either .... some don't even know how to use ... where & were ,hole & whole, their & there, your & you're & some words that i can't remember ,but i read a lot mostly in the comment sections in a lot of websites that i go .... even some black folks well say or write "we was" instead of the correct way "we were" .... the lesson to learn is,we shouldn't brag about it cuz when it comes to written & oral english,no one is perfect either ....

If you want to learn the real English study in prestigious schools in Luzon and talk to professionals in Makati, Alabang, Easwood, and BGC. @@travellolo It means the clear spoken English. Filipinos have more better grasp of it than any other Asian countries. If you talk to an ordinary Filipino as long that they can speak with proper grammar you can understand them clearly. Some English pronunciation especially in American accent could not be easily understood but if you talk to a Filipino then you will understand. For a proficient and fluent Filipino English then search "Lea Salongga" and listen how she speaks English. We hit every syllables that's the reason.
