Wash the blanket with your detergent, add some borax (trust me, I’m Irish and wool drives me mad. I always add a hefty tablespoon to every load, it truly softens your clothes nicely. Then soak it overnight in fabric softener. Keep soaking it until it’s soft. Good luck! 🍀

"Fiber Content" might have been the phrase you were looking for. You're right, though, it seems like there should be a word like "ingredients" for textiles! Definitely do the re-creation. It's always fun to see what you can find in your local stores and whether you can beat the price. Also an excuse to buy yourself some more appropriately fall colored florals. P.S. I'm in Alaska and it's definitely feeling like fall here. Leaves are still green, but temperatures are chilly. Went for a bike ride with a jean jacket on today and was freezing!

The box was really nice but I do agree that it’s pricy. I think they should take a page from FFF and offer a few choices to further curate! That way, you might’ve avoided the purple flowers and felt like there was more value to the box, regardless of price! 🍂🌾🌻

Hello from Canada 🇨🇦🇨🇦where we are still in a heatwave!! Well, it’s not like I’m in northern Canada, more around the Toronto area, but still "feels like 40 Celsius! What a strange box indeed…who still makes itchy woollen blankets anymore when super soft ones have been invented?! I would probably use it as a middle of winter emergency blanket in my car! As for the two boxes….hmmmm 🫤And the painting is quite doldrum in my opinion. I always love your unboxings regardless!
When my daughter was in her other school her kindergarten and first grade teachers sent home plants they had started in class. The first year was a sunflower the next year was some type of grass. I tried so hard to keep them alive bc my daughter loved them. She would help me then she would be to busy or lose interest in maintaining it but still wanted it lol. I read the tag, called my mom and grandma 😂 talked to my sis in law across the street bc her daughter went to the same school and was a grade above and got the same plants etc. I just cant and could never. They always die no matter what I do for them. It’s some type of magic 🪄 keeping plants and some things similar to that alive 😂
Yes I love when you recreate the boxes. I’m not afraid of poultry, I love chickens. They’re so cute and funny little critters. I have a couple as pets that give me eggs. I would love to get a few more birds. I think duck would be good and Guinea fowl and quail but I live in the city and have limits 😢. As for the planters with no holes I know there’s a way to use them with real plants but I’m not an expert on that, I would have to look it up.
Those pumpkins are adorable. And absolutely agree re: the flowers. A burnt orange would be so much better for the overall theme. Would love to see you recreate the box or just a general fall decor shop!
Calgary, Alberta, Canada over here! In the morning to mid afternoon it’s 10 degrees Celsius (50 degrees Fahrenheit) to about 22 degrees Celsius (72 degrees Fahrenheit) so I’m in fall mode as soon as I wake up

Just an fyi, if a planter doesn't have drainage holes, the best/easiest course of action for plants would be to leave them in a nursery pot. You can then take it out to water it and if you need to repot, you wont have to possibly destroy your cute lil planter!
Love the lord of the rings theme😄. My favorite! Another fun thing to do with your boxes is see if any local libraries want them. Ours does giant lego nights with big boxes with junior high kids. They have a blast!
I'm 30 minutes south of Chicago, today is the first day that isn't in the 80+, it"s 70 today. I like the vibe of this, I'm not a country girl but I'm digging it. Also the painting would be perfect for the adding ghosts to vintage painting trends!!!! And all I purchased this year is a vintage looking chenille owl pillow. I have so much already that at 36 I'm just like "I have a problem!"
