FULL HUMIDOR BUILD - featuring Walnut and Cherry | guest appearance - Spanish Cedar

This is my first commissioned humidor. Also my first long form TH-cam video. Both may be terrible. Both will become better with more practice.
I don't cut holes in humidors (generally). Use a bluetooth hygrometer attached to your phone to monitor the humidity. This one is my favorite:

Dude, nice work man. I’m particularly fond of how you cut those splines. I built a jig and it appears there’s a much simpler way
How well does it hold humidity ?

Thanks for the compliment. The 4 I’ve made have been pretty good at holding humidity. With any humidor you need maintain and the more cigars the better. The boveda packs have always been good to me.
I’ll never make a spline jig. This method is too easy.

I'll be honest, I barely even sketch out what I do. I build everything on the fly. The most I did was a rough measure of how many cigars of one size I would want on the interior, then added the cedar and cherry widths.
