Inspired by the Dino Crisis game series, development began around early 2020. Depends on how you define hunting. If hunting is searching for something to kill then this video is 100% hunting from start to finish.

What makes a survival horror game scary is the tension and atmosphere it gives. Modern horror games think that just making scary monsters or enemies counts as horror game now.
So true, which is why the original Resident Evil games are still scary today - the graphics are nowhere near as good as todays game but its the tension and suspense which makes them scary
don't forget the excessive gore.
@@Richs_reef imo quality graphics aren't what make a game scary. Nor is a VHS filter over a way too dark environment.
Atari 1600 is where it began to Apple 2 GS PC, then onto Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Playstation, Playstation 2, Playstation 3 and now on a PC battlestation...this game looks sick and my old ass cant wait to play it.

No, if anyone takes any amount of time to look into paleontology then you’d know that isn’t realistic at all. Most of the bipedal dinosaurs were of significant speed and mobility even the massive ones.
Of all the dinosaur game videos, this was the one that caught my attention the most and made me want to play it.

This is already looking great, even at the pre-alpha phase of development. I hope this means that the beta phase visuals will look even better, or at least the frame rate will remain consistent throughout gameplay and cutscenes.

The kids want a 3rd person shooting game that is also an adventure. It's not that hard to make.
Ark survivor evolved was the biggest disappointment for Christmas. It cost all my Playstation money, the Game was not at all like the cover. The game sucks , it's more work and even more work to even try to make it fun.
Gameplay is more important than ever right now. You have the graphics ARK had the graphics.

Kids want to ride dinosaurs and shoot guns on dinoback and also shoot dinos and humans.
It is so simple to me. And that is what makes me angry when I see beautiful graphics and the gameplay ruins it for your standard gamer.
No picking a server before you are dropped into the game.
You can still keep all that, like how fortnite has the lego mode. But even that lego mode is far easier to play and survive on!

consoles are not true 4k, the TV is 4k but thats it, and you want more than 60fps

I feel Like this game is never coming out. It’s been saying coming soon for like ever. Probably would do well if it comes out before the new Jurassic Park game does. If it comes out around the same time, which it seems to be, it may not sell well. Would have been great if it game out around the time Dominion hit theaters.

While the game looks good...the framerates look terrible, it looks like it drops below 30 fps range quite often.
This trailer FUCKING blows. Literally just someone walking in the woods and shooting ( that looks really shitty) into the ground. This is my first brush with the game and it turned me off from it. Maybe they will win me back but this ain't it.
