I woke up early yesterday to go surfing down at Church and it was really choppy and small. Really hard to stay stable on such gentle waves. Around noon, I biked down there again just to check out the seen, and it was AMAZING! 🌊Huge sets, clean, and real glassy which is rare because down here noons can get windy. So bummed I didn’t bring a board, but the energy is unimaginable 😝🤪
used to live in san clemente,didn't like the trestles crowd,so my ex and i were often the only shortboarders in the eighties to surf 'dolly partons..!' great spot

No I don’t think it’s too rocky. Even if they are there, they aren’t sharp and wouldn’t hurt you much as long as you don’t take a bad spot. But I’ve only been in areas around this i think so it could be. I highly doubt anyone gets hurt on the rocks while out there.

I grew up, camping, surfing and boogie boarding here. It's a fantastic place.
