an office PC wouldn't need the 10100f, that's for people that like to overclock.
an office PC would have i3 10100 with igpu, other than that not a bad build. is there is a difference, yes igpu for productivity, work, video editing etc, igpu is way faster than GT710.
how, gt710 is build for video games, igpu is built for work related tasks, to booting up your PC, all kinds of tasks. now there is one benefit with having a dedicated graphics card like the gt710, and that is the igpu in Intel CPU's can give an extra boost and instructions. the igpu is only disabled when you play videogames, but it's not completely disabled the igpu acts as a brain for the graphics card. igpu also plays a role in having faster ram speed provided the motherboard you have supports it, as some like H510 boards and H610 which is for 12th gen Intel may only allow ram up to 2666 mhz.
