    Vegetable oil? I heard some old school chinese bakeries still use lard for baking. Would love to find them

      It would be great if you do some of your reviews with a more keto / carnivore / low carb slant! So much of local cuisine is so carb heavy, would be nice to see some alternative content in this space.
      Maybe mix it up with some regular content and some low carb stuff would be great!
