Awesome video, I love what you are doing and keep it up. I might consider doing something similar on my channel but in a tiny format with my TinyTrainTrack (like with a camera angle like yours). Subbed and much love from Canada.

Please bring these nice locomotives to the UK Stadler. These would be a great replacement for the Class 60's.

Nice and these might be useful for Caltrain to run 130 km 80 miles San Francisco to Gilroy electric mode switch over San Jose station.

Машината изглежда доста добре. Обеден съм, че не е само на външен вид. Само не ми е ясна идеята с хибридната система. Подобно на тази при автомобилите ли е или концепцията е по - различна?

Is the locomotive for a company in Bulgaria?

Интересен локомотив. Щадлер правят по принцип хубави мотриси. По какъв случай си го снимал. Да не си решил да си го купуваш?

Nice and heavily sophisticated machine but was expecting a bit more from it.
I mean 123 tones, 6.15MW in electric mode and 2.8 diesel, only able to pull 2000 tones?
Considering it's a CoCo and the damage it does to the rail, might as well pull as much.
To take into perspective, the Transmontana pulls 3000+, just one unit at a similar 6MW, with short bursts of 7.4MW. It's true it's pure electric, hence limited to catenary.
I mean even the diesel engine, 2.8MW ~ 3750HP, for the tonnage and traction, should've done better than a Herkules with 2MW ~ 2750HP. Both locomotives capable pulling 2000 tonnes. But The EuroDual has a V16 CAT engine, far more consuming that the MTU counterpart on the Vectron/Herkules.
For the grind it does to the rail... why would one buy the EuroDual when a BoBo from Siemens does the same, for less power, and less damage to the rail?
I mean I love how it looks, but all this power for some average results... Even GreenCargo chose Softronic over Stadler.
Was expecting more from the Swiss...
I'm just curious for which specific uses was this machine designed? What even is the price of such metal mastodon?
