Food tours and walking tours are my favorite way to explore a new place and although Delhi isn’t a new place by any means and I’ve lived there for a few years as well, I’d never actually explored Old Delhi. So this time while I was in Delhi, I decided to do a food and walking tour of Old Delhi and tried out some of the BEST Indian street food spots in Delhi! I also visited Jama Masjid, Dariba Kalan, Paranthewali Gali, Naughara, Sisganj gurdwara, Lal Mandir and a bunch of other places!

Hey Kritika, Agra was not the capital of India, it was the capital of Mughal Empire. The capital of our India before Delhi was Calcutta (Kolkata).
Yeah, that’s what I meant. Should have been more clear but basically Shah Jahan made Old Delhi the capital of India and he built it. Was speaking specifically about Old Delhi :)

I think the capital of India was transferred from Calcutta to Delhi on December 1911.
Well, this video is full of nostalgic feelings. Can you direct me to the camera market from jain temple or maybe the jalebi shop???
Hey, I'm aware, I was talking more about Old Delhi specifically and its history :) The camera market is right down the road from the Jain temple (when you walk in the opposite direction of Red Fort). It's somewhere on the left side of that street a little away from the Jain temple.
