So I read an article about her, her parents divorced when she was very young, then she went to live with her grandparents in the rural area. When she grow up, she tried various job at the city.. once upon a time, she got a call that her grandma was sick so she left everything and cameback to hometown to take care of her nana. She was inspired by her brother who uploads singing videos on Meipai (Chinese social media) and thinking that she could do one of that too. Over the years through trials and errors she was able to build her channel.
After learning this about her, I was really impressed. All i can say is, she is truly a hard working person and never leaves her family. We all should be inspired!!
Ps: All that woodworking and cooking skill she learned from her grandpa. Apart from this channel, I heard that she is also a bussineess woman 😍

For people who are not familiar with the geography of China, Changbai Mountain is in the northeast of China. Liziqi lives in Sichuan province, which is in the southwest. She crossed the whole country...

Actually she is promoting her own home made brand, which is selling the products from Taobao(like chinese version of eBay)showed in video. This one is honey ginseng paste and Chinese believe it's good for health and immunity. She also had some home made Szechuan chilli paste. This is such an awesome idea to start a business. I followed her Weibo 2 years ago and loved her so much since then. She always gave her fans gifts that made by her: such as fruit tea, wine and sausages she made in the video. Her grandparents raised her well. What she has inherited is what money cannot buy and it takes wisdom to appreciate that. Many will probably balk at the idea of having to wake up early, toil in the soil, collect wood for fire, etc but she sees the beauty in doing all these and made the best out of what she has.

Whether the video was choreographed or not, I don’t really care. I really enjoy seeing the traditional ways to live. We talk about modernization as if we are better than the old folks, yet I wish I could go back to living the old ways. Much more sane and healthier than the fast paced electronic age. What a work out just to prepare a meal. No hitting the gym afterwards. It makes much more sense to me. As for the doubters’ comments and dislikes, it only reflects the hate inside the commenters, not the young lady who made these videos possible. What stops you from "living the old ways"? There are loads of people who go away and live off-grid in remote areas, so if you really want to you can of course do the same. The problem is that you will have to give up on most of the everyday luxuries, that you very likely take for granted, and would very likely hate having to live without. The rural and old fashioned life is very romantic, and charming too, but I bet that 99 out of 100 would soon get bored and miss the comforts of the "developed" world.

Maybe not 100% at first, but start by getting rid of all the modern day equipment and go back to learning skills instead. The only thing stopping people living the old fashioned way is laziness and comfort in their 21st century lifestyle.

just to make a disclaimer, she records all these videos by herself, she doesn't have a production team or anything. Maybe she hired someone to record the videos or her or to manage it, it doesn't mean that she has a team. Just because she got plastic surgery doesn't say a thing about her. Her parents died when she was at a young age and was sent to an orphanage. When she got older, her grandmother got older so she went back home to the countryside to help her grandmother. Because of all these hateful comments, her grandmother became absent-minded. She's not an actress because if you pay attention, her hands are a bit thick and looks like those farmer hands. Compared to other models and actresses, her hands are different and they bodies are different also. I'm not being disgraceful I'm just tryna help her, since she's taking all of the blames and hates. I love the relationship she has with her grandmother. Wish I had it with my daughter but she’s o wrapped up in her own life she has no time r patience for me. She and my grandson live with me. I’m the financially responsible one and pay all the bills. I gave my grandson my husband’s truck when he passed away and gave my daughter my car. I don’t drive anymore so am dependent on her to go anywhere. I try not to ask too much of them but she acts like I’m such a major inconvenience. It’s very hurtful after all her dad and I have done for them their whole lives. I would give anything to have one like her.
