This video clearly shows that lack of understanding basics of Islam and hadith sciences just makes these apologists look like donkey carrying tones of books but can never understand them. So sad! Wasting their time on something without understanding! I really feel sorry for them for sweating so hard for nothing!

      Qur'an 5 48:
"And We have sent down to you (O Muhammad SAW) the Book (this Quran) in truth, confirming the Scripture that came before it and Mohayminan (trustworthy in highness and a witness) over it (old Scriptures). So judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and follow not their vain desires, diverging away from the truth that has come to you. To each among you, We have prescribed a law and a clear way. If Allah willed, He would have made you one nation, but that (He) may test you in what He has given you; so strive as in a race in good deeds. The return of you (all) is to Allah; then He will inform you about that in which you used to differ."
The main point is whether the old testament is in it's original form or not? And the answer is always "NO!".
      Qur'an 5 15-16:
"O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Now has come to you Our Messenger (Muhammad SAW) explaining to you much of that which you used to hide from the Scripture and passing over (i.e. leaving out without explaining) much. Indeed, there has come to you from Allah a light (Prophet Muhammad SAW)* and a plain Book (this Quran). Wherewith Allah guides all those who seek His Good Pleasure to ways of peace, and He brings them out of darkness by His Will unto light and guides them to a Straight Way (Islamic Monotheism)."
We Muslims believe those Bibles were corrupted.
And the Qur'an does say that both the Old and the knew Testaments were corrupted by those ignorant people who wanted fame and a price.
      👇
      Quran Al-Baqarah 74:
"(O Muslims, do you then expect that these people will accept your invitation and become believers? whereas there have always been among them some who have been hearing the Word of God, understanding it well and then perverting and tampering with it knowingly)."
      Quran Al-Baqarah 78:
"But woe to them who fake the Scriptures and say: "This is from God," so that they might earn some profit thereby; and woe to them for what they fake, and woe to them for what they earn from it!"
      Quran Surah An-Nisa 46:
"Among the Jews are those who distort words from their [proper] usages and say, “We hear and disobey” and “Hear but be not heard” and “Ra’ina,” twisting their tongues and defaming the religion. And if they had said [instead], “We hear and obey” and “Wait for us [to understand],” it would have been better for them and more suitable. But Allah has cursed them for their disbelief, so they believe not, except for a few)."
      Quran Al-Maeda 13:
"But because of their breach of their covenant, We cursed them, and made their hearts grow hard; they change the words from their (right) places and forget a good part of the message that was sent to them, nor wilt thou cease to find them- barring a few - ever bent on (new) deceits: but forgive them, and overlook (their misdeeds): for Allah loveth those who are kind."
      Quran Al-Imran 78:
"And, behold, there are indeed some among them who distort the Bible with their tongues, so as to make you think that [what they say] is from the Bible, the while it is not from the Bible; and who say, "This is from God," the while it is not from God: and thus do they tell a lie about God, being well aware [that it is a lie]."

Bible says that Aaron build the Golden cafe and led the Children of Israel away by calling on them to commit idol worship. Qur'an teaches a completely different account and teaches that Prophets are God fearing men and saved from sin. Qur'an teaches that a person named Samari made the golden calf.
Bible talks about God resting, it talks about God walking in the garden of Eden looking for Adam. It talks about God coming to Moses (Exodus chapter 33). The Qur'an tells the truth about God and clears this dirt that the bible has thrown on God's name.
One does not need to go for to see what the Qur'an's position about the existing present bible actually is. But these arrogant people would rather aim with stick in dark then use the light source given to them to find their way.

I read the quran many times in my youth before youtube and hearing this argument.
Not once, as a native arabic speaker, did i think the quran ever affirmed the bible. In anyway, shape, or form.
In fact I always was of the understanding that the jews and christians corrupted their scriptures.
The quran claims jesus didnt die and he wasnt god. How can it then affirm them.
This is one of the least logical arguments i have ever heard. No muslim is going to change what they believe from the actual statements of the quran. If this is the hill they want to die on, let them, its taking them nowhere. Let us focus on the real arguments: the trinity makes no sense and is clearly pagan in origin and is so left field from jewish monothiestic scriptures, the christians follow paul who was in direct conflict with jesus' apostles, jews cant even step in a church they messed up so bad. Lets talk about how many of their theologians, ministers, priests, missionaries etc are converting to islam, and no legit imam has done the same.
This is too easy for us

this is the problem that people have when they fail to even understand what corruption means. tahrif(corruption) has degrees where you might have sections and parts which might be revelation as it was revealed and include human elements to the same part which is a revisionist element trying to re-invent the wheel. so if there are some of the clearest sections alluding towards the part of certain clear cut prophecies implying towards the prophets which doesn't imply preservation of the entirety of the text. its foolish to claim that if one part might be correct and then it implies the entirety of it is trustworthy. when we claim that the current books of the bible as a whole cannot be trusted fully for being the statements of god is for the simple fact that Christians cannot provide a proper chain of narration going all the way back to their respective authors (or in this case the respective prophets upon whom these works were revealed). And again as brother Farid rightly said when many of the duats who speak about the prophecy of the Muhammad (peace be upon him) within their scripture its not because we trust it verbatim we say it because Allah the one who revealed us told us that this part which is clear within their scripture and they know it very well and still go to reject it. when we believe in the revealed books we don't claim that the present Torah or the present gospel is the same one revealed up onto the respective prophets. however we do believe that it might consists elements from the original ones. hence the trust factor is absent. We trust the Quran because Allah preserved it and he caused the preservation through the geniuses within the ummah that many of the Ahl al-kitaab never could. so don't try to vent out your frustration on us with such shallow rants that renders it an insult being called a rebuttal. David even your audiences don't trust you. thank you for being untrustworthy so the sincere ones can differentiate between Haqq and Baatil

No christians we don't believe in your bible we believe in a specific Gospel given to Jesus PBUH by God, Quran (3:3) "He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel" (Notice the Quran says Gospel ergo singular not plural ergo not your bible) nor do you believe as us that God gave a book to Jesus PBUH you believe your bible is "inspired" by God and written by the "disciples"(unknown authors) later and no doesn't ma-tter where are the old books as the Quran is the last book even if they still exist we would still follow the Quran and so should you, "but God promised to preserve his scriptures and that no one can change his words", when verses of preservation and no one can change God's word is mentioned you need to take them into context, no God promised to preserve just the Quran, nonetheless the other scriptures are preserved in Heaven moreover depending on the verse God's Word may refer to His Will and Promises that people can't change and we believe in a specific Torah again given to Moses PBUH not written during his life and after him and we use the Quran as our criteria to accept parts of what's today in your bible and of the talmud Quran (5:48) "And We have revealed to you, [O Muḥammad], the Book [the Qur’ān] in truth, confirming that which preceded it of the Scripture and as a criterion over it. So judge between them by what Allāh has revealed and do not follow their inclinations away from what has come to you of the truth. ...", and basic knowledge that Islam affirms the previous correct scriptures not the corru-pted ones and the verses of the Quran that speak of corru-ption are at the time of the prophet PBUH the same as those verses that affirms so sto-p with the clai-m that the affirmation was at the time of the 4 gospels so they must be correct leav-ing out what else the Quran and hadith says about the alter-ation of the previous scriptures Quran (2:65) "Do you covet [the hope, O believers], that they would believe for you while a party of them used to hear the words of Allāh and then distort it [i.e., the Torah] after they had understood it while they were knowing?" and Quran (2:79) "Then wo-e to those who write the Book with their own hands and then say, "This is from Allah," to purchase with it a little price! W-oe to them for what their hands have written and w-oe to them for that they earn thereby." and Sahih al-Bukhari 7523 Narrated 'Ubaidullah bin `Abdullah: `Abdullah bin `Abbas said, "O the group of Muslims! How can you ask the people of the Scriptures about anything while your Book which Allah has revealed to your Prophet contains the most recent news from Allah and is pure and not disto-rted? What? The Bible has thousands of different variants, early mansucripts (oldest being only from 175 CE while 94% come from 9th century onwards) that don't have verses that Bible editions have like 1 John 5:7 that most Bibles removed or the famous story of the Adulteress that's fabricated as it's not found in early mansucripts as mentioned in the footnotes in the NIV.
Bible being unpreserved is consensus amongst Christian scholars. These unacademic TH-cam apologists are so sad that they need to lie about Muslim scholars to convice us that the Bible is preserved 😂 Truly sad

@@mohamudahmed6554 You don't know what your talking about cause the majority of scholars dont say they are major differences. Here's what it says in Textual Criticism of the Bible: Revised Edition (Lexham Methods Series)
"This proliferation of hand-copied texts resulted in thousands of manuscripts, no two exactly alike. Textual criticism is the discipline that guides scholars in establishing what the authors of the Bible wrote. This is especially important for those who value the Bible as God's Word. While most Christians may never study the original languages or engage in advanced textual criticism, the work of textual critics enables us to know with confidence what God has said through the human authors.
In textual criticism, this is called a variation unit, and each different reading at that point is called a variant.
Though there are thousands of variation units in the text of the Bible, the text is remarkably reliable. Old Testament scholar Bruce Waltke says the most recent critical edition of the entire Old Testament (BHS) has no significant variation in 90 percent of the text.' Of the thousands of instances of variation in the Bible, nearly all of them concern spelling, word order, synonyms, and other elements that do not affect meaning at all. Those variation units that affect the meaning of a biblical text are found in the footnotes of any good English Bible. Even these variants do not affect doctrine or theology.’"

@@gwejay There are major differences lol A difference that's a contradiction is a *MAJOR* difference. Corruption by adding verses that didn't exist in the earliest mansucripts is a major difference.
Point is, the NT isn't from God nor it reliable nor does it even have basis. It's just what random, unknown men wrote that has remnants of the revelation given to Jesus ﷺ that you don't even belueve existed.
      Just to recap:
The Christian Biblical scholars have a consensus that
      1. The authors of the 4 Gospels are unknown nor were they eye witnesses
      2. Not a single NT author is eye witness
      3. Oldest mansucript, Rylands Library Papyrus P52, dates to 150-175 which shows that *no eye witness wrote it.*
      4. 94% of the New Testament mansucripts comes from 9th century onwards i.e 94% of the NT mansucripts that *EXIST* were written after the Quran.

Then you have edition like the NIV that says in it's footnotes that the Verses regarding the Adulteress are *NOT* in the early mansucripts thus making them fabricated verses. Famously 1 John 5:7 was shown to be a *fabrication* hence why most Bible editions *removed it completely.*
The NT is corrupt. I don't need to get to the Torah since the NT is what Christians mostly care about.

The thing is, and we all know this, David is not trying to find the truth. Rather, he is trying to maintain the flock from knowing the truth. That's why he doesn't watch your videos. Also, he knows that his flock doesn't watch either, they just go to the comments section and repeat his arguments on loop because that's the best they can offer. It's pathetic, it's boring, and down right annoying.

I have found personally that Mr. David Wood when uses the works of Muslim scholars. He intentionally or unintentionally skips certain parts of the text and adds his own interpretation, which completely contradicts or states a different meaning that was not originally quoted by the Muslim scholar.
In fact, Mr. David uses the name of such a scholar and says that such Muslim scholar is forced to believe ...and later Mr. David add his own opinion.
It is like putting his own words in the mouth of Muslim scholar, which originally such scholar never claimed.

How can a Christian really believe that the Qoran is saying that the Bible is fully preserved after these verses.
All praise is for Allah Who has revealed the Book to His servant, allowing no crookedness in it, ˹
making it˺ perfectly upright, to warn ˹the disbelievers˺ of a severe torment from Him; to give good news to the believers-who do good-that they will have a fine reward,
    in which they will remain forever;
and to warn those who claim, “Allah has offspring.”
They have no knowledge of this, nor did their forefathers. What a terrible claim that comes out of their mouths! They say nothing but lies.

Just one of many examples...the FABRICATED story of the ADULTERESS...
The Story of the Adulteress is not found in all the earliest available Greek New Testament manuscripts which were produced before the fifth century CE. This means that the Bibles used by many early Christians did not contain the Story of the Adulteress.
Papyrus 66 was produced during the second century CE. It is the earliest manuscript of the Gospel of John, and it does not contain the Story of the Adulteress.
We observe the same thing when we examine other early and important New Testament Greek manuscripts such as Papyrus 75, Codex Sinaiticus, and Codex Vaticanus. In all these manuscripts, the last words of John 7:52 are followed immediately by the first words of John 8:12. In these early manuscripts, the Story of the Adulteress is nowhere to be found!
The text of the Gospel of John used by early Christian communities in major cities also did not contain the Story of the Adulteress.

OK. So which version of the Gospel do we judge by?

    • @anonymous1531
      @anonymous1531 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

The ayah after the verse of judging by the injil says, and was revealed alongside that ayah.
5:48 "We have revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ this Book with the truth, as a confirmation of previous Scriptures and as a Criterion over them. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and do not follow their desires over the truth that has come to you."
The Qur’an says it is a Muhaymin over them, meaning it is dominant, a witness, a corrector and the criterion.
So whatever ticks the Qur’an’s criteria is from Allah, whatever does not is not from Allah, and does not make a judgment from such information.
Tabari said this part means "The Qur'an is trustworthy over the Books that preceded it. Therefore, whatever in these previous Books conforms to the Qur'an is true, and whatever disagrees with the Qur'an is false."
Considering 5:47-48 were revealed side by side, and considering the context. Allah is saying judge by your injil, however, accept the parts which align with the Qur’an’s narrative because the Qur’an is the criterion, meaning the criterion of judgment. That ayah was essentially the law of the Qur’an which is compatible with the injil, such as the messiahship of Jesus, John the Baptist and his father being righteous men before Jesus, Mary the virgin who was not an adulterer, Allah is one, Injil confirms the Torah, etc. Regarding the sonship of ‘Isa, the trinity (which isn’t even biblical) that is not what Allah says to judge by because the Qur’an was placed as the criterion that the injil had to tick off as per 5:48.

    • @serendipitousshark7
      @serendipitousshark7 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@anonymous1531 Yes. This is the problem essentially. Why would the Ahlul Injil take the Quran as an authority to correct their scripture? In the New Testament we are given severe warnings about those that bring a new Gospel in Galatians for example:
“But even if we, or an angel from heaven preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached, let him be anathema". (ليكن ملعونا) (Galatians 1:8)
We see that there is no continuity with the Old and New Testament in the Quran. We know, for example from the New Testament that God gave us the sacrament of Baptism.
In the words of Christ himself:
“All authority has been to me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all men, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” (Matthew 28:18)
This refutes several Muslim misconceptions about Jesus: 1. The Trinity is not biblical (it is)
      2. That Jesus came only for the Israelites. It’s clear from this that Jesus commanded his disciples to teach the Gospel to all nations. This is also a historical reality as we know the Christian faith spread throughout the world through the teachings of the Apostles of Christ.
Where is the sacrament of Baptism in Islam since Muslims claim to believe in John the Baptist?
Claiming that all parts of revealed scripture that don’t agree with the Quran are corrupted is not a good epistemology as the Quran doesn’t tell us directly what scripture is corrupted and should be ignored vs. revealed scripture.
