As a child from divorced parents that could not behave and could barely be in the same room- it almost makes me tear up seeing what you do for your children. When I was little, there was nothing more I could have wished for. There is nothing worse than parents fighting, and you providing this for them is worth gold. It really can change their way of looking at the world - you’re creating a healthy environment for them, and believe me, a lot of divorco kids do not get that, and children remember the energy in the air from their upbringing.
i dissagree. this environment they create is quite sick and not true. it is ok of course that people are not fighting over kids and treat each other with respect but come on they are not together. it means they dont love each other and they just pretend it and create not real not truth world. there are no signs of love hugs, kisses, sleeping together, dreaming of one another, missing etc.... after some time they will start dating with diferent people and whole this beautiful story will mess up in childrens' heads. a definition of family will be strange, a definition of love will be strange... no i dont like this.
Keep in mind they making a vlog here. You don't know what happens behind closed doors. I mean who could have imagined or tell they would get divorced at such an early stage of marriage? I do pray for the best and that they stay together forever !
You do not owe anyone an apology, you do you! What matters most is that both you and Jon are happy and that your kids are being raised with two supportive, loving parents.

That’s all people want from you, to finally realise that what’s comfortable for your precious self is damaging for your children. Agree 100% ! Imagine the damage it would do to these adorable kids. When it’s not yet necessary. Young years are extremely important imo that they have both parents there, know what a family is, to feel secure, comforted and also disciplined the same by both parents.
PS. That is IF the parents don’t fight and argue all the time. Then a separation is necessary. Just seems like many ex couples feel like they have to distance themselves from each other “just because”.. It’s silly, immature.
Life is what you make it and other’s opinions are irrelevant. Both of you and the children have the majority of your families close now which is wonderful for you all and your family and friends. Your dad, Philip and Issac are only a flight away. You are showing and providing a loving atmosphere for Leon and Leia, which they will remember in later life. The happiness in this vlog shows. The song choice was perfect. You and Jon have made a great decision to move home and be close to family. I come from a large family and grew up with my cousins. At age 58, I can say they are still my best friends. We have shared a lifetime together. It's a very special bond your kids will have with theirs. Nothing better.

Are you kidding, its amazing that you can do this for your children, they will grow up, become more aware that you both achieved, what so many parents don’t. The courts are over run with court cases of parents fighting for custody, one parent not allowing the other parent to seeing the children, these cases can take years, years of disruption & damage to the children’s growth, stability. You are so doing the right thing for everyone, it does show how connected you are as parents, plus it must be great for the extended families to see how things are working, plus there’s no issue with them seeing their grandchildren, niece’s and nephews. I salute you guys.

So true. There would be so many less kids causing trouble if parents behaved like adults in front of their children, incl not arguing, fighting because that makes kids very on the edge Al the time. Some kids grow up fine but many get confused and insecure, getting into bad relationships and bad friendships.

You guys are inspiring me that a breakup/divorce does not mean you have to end the relationship. It can morph into something different that both parties need. I have just been through a breakup and it feels right for now as well to continue hanging out. I get the same comments from people “why are you still hanging out” “you should make it a clean break” but I take pride in trying something different . Stay strong. 💪

But speaking from the experience I had where my ex wife just locked me out of her life and didn’t speak to me, the fact you and Jon are still communicating and around each other is excellent and healing. As long as two people keep communicating and being kind nothing can go wrong. So true. There would be so many less kids causing trouble if parents behaved like adults in front of their children, incl not arguing, fighting because that makes kids very on the edge Al the time. Some kids grow up fine but many get confused and insecure, getting into bad relationships and bad friendships.
I love this family so so mutch. It's incredible how mutch peace, comfort and hapiness you guys bring me. I truly wish nothing but the best for all of you.

You do what you want I am just happy you both have support and the children are happy and you do need help with little ones. You are giving them all sorts of experience and the ski slopes and their new home and lots of family support nearby is priceless. I have friends that literally live next to each other with their new lives and the kids just move to wherever house they want to be in. They all have the best of both worlds. And everyone is happy. You guys are inspiring me that a breakup/divorce does not mean you have to end the relationship. It can morph into something different that both parties need. I have just been through a breakup and it feels right for now as well to continue hanging out. I get the same comments from people “why are you still hanging out” “you should make it a clean break” but I take pride in trying something different . Stay strong. 💪

But speaking from the experience I had where my ex wife just locked me out of her life and didn’t speak to me, the fact you and Jon are still communicating and around each other is excellent and healing. As long as two people keep communicating and being kind nothing can go wrong. It's great what you are doing. It must be upsetting to read the comments but seeing you all having so much fun as a family is just joyful.
