In public restroom if I don't get a chance to go into a stall, get toilet paper, go back to the sink & wet it & go back to any available stall, & wipe myself after answering natures call, sometimes it is easier to flush the toilet a couple times & then wet the toilet paper as fresh water flows into the toilet, and use it to wipe myself. is that allowed & permissible? I alternate with bits of wet & dry toilet paper anyway. No Najas in this water?
