For those struggling, change your console time to 2024, the game will enter a permanently buffering state (the same bug that makes you able to do matchmade activities solo) that makes this bug very consistent

It's Tuesday Spt 19th at 12 noon U.S. CST. Last night there were server problems the kept kicking me out of activities but today I was able to fire up the game, go to my vault at the Tower, grab a shotgun with aggerssive frame, go out and start 2 big downloads, then head over to the Envlave...or tried to anyway. The game continuously spit me back to the start page with a network error msg. So I killed one download and tried again. I couldn't even get to the Tower again never mind the Enclave. So I paused the one remaining download, changed the clock to 2024, and tried again. This time the game booted me right back to the very first screen where you hit X to enter the game. So I restarted the console (PS4 Pro btw) and tried again. I was able to get to the Tower this time, where I am right now, and will try to get to the Enclave. Hold please............. Nope. Booted back to orbit with a msg that it couldn't connect to the Destiny servers, and to check MY connection. 😂 I checked....I'm pulling 166mb/s down and 3.5 up. Looks like Bungie completely shut down the Enclave?? 😅 EDIT: Yup. I can go everywhere except the Enclave
Mine says the same thing, precision frame, back out go into inventory and it says aggressive frame. But when you go into the weapon it still says precision frame and does normal damage. Doesn’t do the extra damage.
Are from Tennessee, sound very much like the player helped me get gally a few weeks back. Thing his ID was zactrap maybe just sound a hell of a lot like him.
Try to do it with Ragnhils shotgun ( it s an agressif frame shotgun too). It worked for me cause i dont have Imperial decree patern too ;) Just try it bro.

If you craft the battleground weapons does Ingraham it’s like the Ingram to the right when you go focusing if you do it enough times you’ll get the empirical decree

Tried loading a rocket frame onto aj Ammit, but it didn't actually work after crafting. Only the shotgun frame actually changed anything

I just did that. It does work. But I made my date on my ps5 2024. It took a little time but it worked.
